Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) Pilani has postponed the BITSAT 2021 examination to July-August 2021 on account of the present circumstances of COVID-19 pandemic in India. BITSAT is the institutional level engineering entrance exam for admission to BITS in campuses located at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. The exam was earlier scheduled to be held from June 24 to 29, 2021. In addition to the postponement of the exam the Institute has also extended the last date to register for the entrance exam.
BITS Pilani has officially announced the postponement of the entrance exam and extension of the registration deadline on the admission website bitsadmission.com. As per the notice, the last date to register online for appearing in the BITS Admission Test (BITSAT) 2021 is now June 30, 2021. Eligible candidates will be able to register and apply online till 05.00 PM on the last date. Earlier, the last date to register was May 29, 2021.
Along with the extension of the registration dates, BITS Pilani has also postponed the BITSAT 2021 exam which was scheduled to be held from June 24 to 29, 2021. The exam has been postponed and is most likely to be conducted in July-August, 2021 as per the latest notice on the BITS admission website.
Candidates who have already registered or are aiming to register for the exam can look forward to the institute to announce revised dates of the BITSAT 2021 exam. As per the latest notice, the exact date of conducting the now postponed BITSAT 2021 exam will be intimated sometime during June 2021.
