Secretariat Administrative Department (SAD), Assam has released the result of the Assam Secretariat Written Test on its official website sad.assam.gov.in. Assam Secretariat Written Test was held on February 21, 2021, for 173 vacancies of Junior Administrative Assistant post. The candidates who have qualified for this written test will be eligible to attempt the Precis Writing Test and Computer Practical Test. Both the tests will be conducted at Guwahati centrally. The organizing body will soon release the exam dates for these tests.
For the final selection for the Junior Administrative Assistant Post, candidates have to clear both the exams i.e. Precis Writing test and Computer Practical Test. The total marks of the Precis Writing test and Computer Practical Test are 50. During verification, if the documents submitted by candidates are found to be false or if a candidate appears to be ineligibile then the authority has all the rights to cancel the candidate’s candidature. The authority will provide the travelling allowance to those candidates who are going to appear in Precis Writing Test and Computer Practical Test.
Assam Secretariat Written Test 2021 result has been declared in the form of a list of roll numbers. The list contains the roll numbers of only shortlisted candidates. Candidates can download this list in pdf format and can check their roll number in the list. The candidates whose roll number is present in the list are shortlisted for the further Precise Writing Test and Computer Practical Test.
The organizing body has cleared that the roll number list is prepared by taking all the possible care and if there are printing mistakes in the roll number then the organizing authority is not responsible. The organizing authority has also stated that mere passing for the written test will not assure the candidates to get eligible for the recruitment process. The candidates who get shortlisted for the further selection process are hereby advised to bring their admit cards of the Assam Secretariat Written Test to the Precis Writing Test and Computer Practical Test.
Also, while going for the Precis Writing test and Computer Practical Test, candidates have to bring passport size photographs, graduate certificate, HSLC examination certificate, caste certificate, employment registration certificate, disability certificate, EWS certificate, etc. The verification of all of these documents will also take place at the exam centre. That’s why candidates are advised to remain prepared to spend the whole day at the exam centre while going for the Precis Writing Test and Computer Practical Test.
