Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank Limited (APCOB) has announced a recruitment drive for the posts of APCOB Manager (Scale-I) and Staff Assistant 2021. A total of 61 vacancies will be filled under this recruitment drive. Official notification for the same has been published on the official website apcob.org. Interested candidates are advised to first ensure their eligibility before filling the online application form. APCOB registration process has already begun and the last date to submit the online form is August 05, 2021. As of now, the exact exam date is yet to be announced. However, according to the notice, the exam is likely to be held in the first week of September 2021.
APCOB is conducting the 2021 recruitment drive for two posts – 1. Manager(Scale-I) comprising of 26 vacancies and 2. Staff Assistant containing 35 vacancies. Candidates who have completed their undergraduate education from any recognised institution in India are eligible to apply for the selection process. However, there are certain age specifications which candidates must fulfil. Accordingly, the minimum age limit is 20 years whereas the maximum age limit is 28 years. Certain age relaxations are permitted based on the category to which the candidates belong. Apart from age specifications, candidates must also be a local candidate within the state of Andhra Pradesh, as per the guidelines of APCOB.
Registration process for the APCOB recruitment exam 2021 has begun already and shall continue till August 05, 2021, on the official website apcob.org. During the registration process, candidates have to fill the online form, upload the necessary documents and pay the prescribed application fee.
The APCOB recruitment drive 2021 exam fee shall depend on the category to which the candidate belongs. Accordingly, General and BC candidates must pay Rs.700 to register for the exam. Similarly, SC, ST, PC and EXT candidates must pay Rs.500 as application fee. Candidates must note that the exam fee is inclusive of intimation charges as well. Therefore, no extra charges shall be applied during the transaction process.
Authorities have also specified the payscale for both posts involved in the recruitment drive. In case of staff assistant, the pay scale includes Rs.17900 – 1000/3 – 20900 – 1230/3 – 24590 – 1490/4– 30550 – 1730/7 – 42660 – 3270/1 – 45930 – 1990/1 – 47920. Therefore, the payscale has been divided into 20 stages along with nine stagnation increments at the rate of Rs.1990 along with a frequency of 2 years from the time of reaching the maximum scale.
In case of manager, the pay scale for the post of Manager (Scale-I) at present is Rs.36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2- 49910-1990/7-63840 along with five increments post arriving at the maximum amount of the scale. The first four increments shall be released after every a candidate completes two years of service. These first two increments will be worth Rs.1990/- each and next two shall be Rs.2220.
Candidates must pay the prescribed application fee only through the online mode. Options like Net Banking or Debit Card can be used to pay the fee. However, authorities will not be accepting any fee payment through the offline modes. They must also see whether the transaction has processed to ensure successful registration for the APCOB recruitment drive.
As of now, the selection test is scheduled to be held in the first week of September 2021. However, this is just a tentative date and maybe subject to changes if the situation demands.
