Andhra Pradesh Grama Sachivalayam has released the AP Grama Sachivalayam Hall Ticket 2019 at gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in today. The admit card is hereby issued for all category I posts, and category III post of digital assistant.
The sachivalayam has released admit card five days before schedule. As per the AP Grama Sachivalayam recruitment 2019 notifications, hall tickets were supposed to be released only three days before the exam. Thus for exam scheduled to be held on September 1, the admit card was looked forward to be available from August 29.
To download the hall ticket, candidates need to visit gramasachivalayam.ap.gov.in. The document can be downloaded either by OTPR ID or application ID or aadhar number, and date of birth. Exams for the posts for which admit cards are available, are scheduled to be held on September 1.
The category I posts for which AP Grama Sachivalayam hall ticket 2019 is available are panchayat secretary grade V, mahila police, rural welfare and education secretary, ward administrative secretary. Exam will be conducted in the forenoon session of that Sunday.
There are several category III posts, but only digital assistant post’s hall ticket is available right now. The exam dates are available for all posts. Its exam will be held in the afternoon session of that day.
AP Grama / Ward Sachivalayam will conduct the exam for VRO, survey assistant posts on September 3 in the forenoon session, and that for ANM / Ward health secretary on the same day in the afternoon session. Then on September 4, village agriculture secretary exam is in the forenoon session, village horticulture secretary exam is in the afternoon session.
Village fisheries assistant exam is on September 6 forenoon session, and animal husbandry assistant exam is in the afternoon session. On September 7, forenoon session has exams of engineering assistant, ward amenities secretary. The same day afternoon session has exam of village sericulture assistant.
Ward planning and regulation secretary exam, ward welfare and development secretary exam are on September 8 in the forenoon session. That for ward education and data processing secretary, ward sanitation and environment secretary are on the same day in the afternoon session. This would mark the end of all exams of the notification.

It is equally heartening to see all the processes of the recruitment happening swiftly. Shortly after closing the registrations, the sachivalayam has now released admit cards, that too well before time, and next, the exam will be over before the mid of next month. Candidates will be free from the exam soon and just like all the other processes concluding successfully quickly, they can look forward to a quick result as well.
