Andhra Varsity Gandhi Institute of Technology and Management (GITAM) has announced the exam date of GITAM GAT 2022. It is scheduled to start on April 11 and conclude on April 15, 2022. The GITAM GAT 2022 application form is now available on the university’s official website. The application form for GITAM GAT 2022 is open till April 4, 2022. GITAM will conduct this common entrance exam in the online mode. Candidates can only apply for GITAM GAT 2022 online.
How to apply for GITAM 2022
The following are the steps to apply for GITAM GAT 2020:
Step 1: Go to the website and click on the ‘New Applicant’ button.
Step 2: Using information such as your name, email address, and phone number, you can create an account. To finish the registration process, click the declaration button.
Step 3: Candidates must validate their registration using the verification code that will be sent to their registered email and mobile number.
Step 4: After that, students must fill out details such as their current educational qualifications and contact information. After that, select the next option.
Step 5: Candidates must upload their scanned photograph and signature in accordance with the authorities’ specifications.
Step 6: Lastly, candidates must pay the necessary GITAM GAT 2022 application fee through net banking/credit card/debit card.
The application fee is Rs 1000 and once the payment is completed, candidates will not be provided with any refund facility.
Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for GITAM GAT 2022, candidates must ensure that they meet the GITAM GAT 2022 eligibility requirements. As per the notification, a candidate must have passed the senior secondary level (+2) with the stream of subjects including Mathematics, Chemistry, and Physics. These subjects must reflect on the final scorecard as the criterion is compulsory. Furthermore, candidates must have an aggregate of 55%, or as per CBSE/ICSE, equivalent to 6CGPA.
So far the exam pattern of the GITAM GAT entrance test is concerned, questions from Maths or Biology, Physics, and Chemistry will be asked. The following is a breakup of the question paper among the three sections:

Furthermore, it must be noted that 2 marks will be awarded for the correct answer and no mark will be deducted for an incorrect answer, as there is no proposition of negative marking. Interested candidates can apply through the portal and start preparing.
