Allahabad High Court is recruiting candidates for the post of Law Clerk (Trainee). Applications are invited to fill up the vacancy 102 posts on a contractual basis. The newly appointed candidate receives Rs. 15, 000/- fixed salary per month. Aspirant interested in the recruitment can submit their application form before August 08, 2020, till 05:00 PM. Those who have 03 years professional or five years integrated degree in law are eligible to submit their application for Law Clerk (Trainee). Applications of those candidates will get accepted who have started their practise as an advocate or have been engaged in any other profession. Those who have appeared in the final examination of their LLB 2019-2020 exam and their results are awaiting are also eligible. However, they have to submit the final mark sheet of their LBB exam during the interview. Those who have already served as a Law Clerk (Trainee) are not eligible for the announced post.
Aspirants must also have computer knowledge of Data Entry, Word Processing and Computer Operations. The age of the eligible candidates is calculated as on July 01, 2020. Their age should be between the age range of 21 years to 26 years.
Candidates can get the application form from the counter in the High Court Judicature at Allahabad or from the official website, allahabadhighcourt.in. The form can be downloaded or purchased after paying Rs.300/-. The payment can be done through bank draft drawn in favour of Registrar General, High Court of Judicature, Allahabad. The form and documents should be submitted either by speed post, Registered Post A. D. or through the courier. Submit the form to the Registrar General, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad. The envelope should be marked with “Application For The Post of Law Clerk (Trainee)”.
Along with the form, candidates have to attach Bank Draft, 10th pass certificate and mark sheet, 12th pass certificate and mark sheet, Graduation mark sheet, LLB certificate and mark sheet, Post-graduation certificates and mark sheet, computer knowledge certificate, 02 self-addressed envelopes with postal stamp of Rs. 40/- each.
The selection of eligible candidates is based on the interview. Those aspirants are called for the interview who satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria. The interview is expected to be organized in the month of September 2020 and candidates have to be present at Allahabad. The recruitment is on a temporary period and candidates are engaged for one year only.
