The Bar Council of India had successfully conducted the All India Bar Examination (XVI) on October 31, 2021. The Council had further released the official answer keys at allindiabarexamination.com. These answer keys were released on November 09, 2021, while the candidates were given time up to November 18, 2021, to submit objections. Thereafter, the council has finally made an update regarding the declaration of results.
Unlike past years, this year results will be a little late. Whereas earlier results were announced in a gap of 65-82 days, this time the result will be a bit delayed, and will be out in the first week of February.
To have an idea about how delayed the AIBE 16 result 2021 date is, it is important to take a look at the previous trends.

Going by these trends, one would have expected the AIBE 16 result date 2021 to be somewhere around January 04 and January 21, 2022. This, however, was just a prediction and the final decision is in the hands of the council. Like previous sessions, this time also the Bar Council of India has provided an expected duration within which the candidates can get their results.
AIBE has informed via a notification regarding the expected time for the availability of results. This time, the result will be out in the first week of February 2022 on the official website. However it may be noted that for the previous session, i.e. AIBE 15, the results were initially supposed to be out in the first week of March, 2021. Later on, BCI had postponed the duration and moved the result declaration date to the fourth week of March, 2021. This trend was also seen in the case of AIBE 13.
Thus, it can be inferred that there may be some delay in expecting the AIBE 16 results even if there has been no official update regarding a tentative timeline. As and when the results are announced, a link will be provided at allindiabarexamination.com. Candidates have to click on that link and then provide login credentials such as roll number, registration number, and mobile number along with the date of birth. After this, they will be able to check the AIBE results.
After reviewing the objections based on the AIBE 16 answer key, the experts will make changes in the provisional answer key and then update the final answer key, if required. As per sources, the results are likely to be made available in the form of qualifying status and not scorecards. Nonetheless, candidates qualifying for AIBE 16 will be provided with a certificate that is mandatory to practice law in the country.
