The Indian Air Force has delayed the AFCAT 2 Admit Card 2021 release for the candidates who have registered for the entrance exam. As per the previous schedule, the AFCAT 2 Admit Card was expected to be released on August 09, 2021, on the official website i.e. afcat.cdac.in. The AFCAT 2 examination has been scheduled for August 28, August 29 and August 30, 2021. The online exam was supposed to be concluded in two shifts viz 07.30 AM to 09.30 AM and 12:30 PM to 02:30 PM. The AFCAT Exam will be conducted to fill around 334 vacancies in Indian Air Force.
Earlier, the AFCAT 1 Exam has been held from February 20 to February 22 2021. The result of the exam has been released on March 09, 2021.
As per the previous year statistics, the AFCAT 2 2020 Admit Card release has also been delayed by the IAF. The expected date of the release was September 04, 2020, but the same has been released on September 15, 2020. In another instance, the same thing happened in 2019 too, when the admit card was supposed to be released on August 02, 2019. However, it was actually released on August 05, 2019. With this, we can probably deduce that the admit card will be released somewhere between 2 to 10 days. As per our assumptions, the admit card of AFCAT 2 2021 can be released by August 20, 2021.
The candidates should download the AFCAT 2 Admit Card 2021 from the official portal of the Indian Air Force. The candidates should first visit the official website of the IAF i.e. afcat.cdac.in. Post this, they should click on the Candidate’s login. Next, the candidates should opt for the AFCAT 2 Admit Card and enter their login credentials. In the end, they must cross-verify every detail present on the admit card and then save a copy of the same.
The AFCAT Online exam has questions based on General Awareness, Verbal Ability in English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning & Military Aptitude Test. There will be a total of 100 questions in the exam accounting for 100 marks. Each correct answer will fetch 3 marks while there will be a deduction of 1 mark for every wrong answer.
The candidates successful in the AFCAT written exam will be called to appear in the Physcial fitness test. The fitness test will comprise of three activities i.e. completing 1 mile run in 10 minutes, 10 pushups and 3 chin-ups.
