The Phase 2 examination is scheduled from June 11 to 14, 2021 through the online remote proctored format. Hence, the mock exam was conducted to help students familiarise themselves with AEEE 2021 test format. The entrance test shall be conducted in two slots – slot 1 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and slot 2 from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Now that less than a day is left to prepare for the exam, here are certain last-minute tips that candidates can follow to excel in the exam.
The first tip and most important tip that candidates must follow is to not overburden themselves. With less than 24 hours to go for the AEEE 2021 exam, candidates must not study too many topics a day before. Furthermore, they must also not study any new topic or tricky subject before the exam. By starting a new topic, candidates might feel pressured and confused. Hence, all the knowledge and tricks that they have learnt so far might get washed out. So, it is better to revise the notes or important points that candidates listed down below.
Rather than studying any new or difficult chapter, candidates can focus on revising the tricks to solve questions and the various formulae involved. So, this is the second tip that candidates must follow a day before the exam. Aspirants should spend their time revising important formulae, derivations, or common chemical reactions which have repeatedly been asked in the past. This will help them refresh their knowledge and become more prepared.
The third tip that candidates can follow is to solve previous-year papers or questions asked in the previous section. There is no surety about questions getting repeated in the AEEE 2021 Phase II exam. Hence, this tip is to help students get their grip on time management and thinking under pressure. Previous year question papers are a good way of developing a presence of mind. Hence, rather than stressing out over difficult topics, focus on solving questions for quick revision.
Another important last-minute tip is to solve mock tests which are easily available online. Mock tests also help students familiarise themselves with the paper pattern and marking scheme. Moreover, if students require quick revision, mock exams are the best way to revise multiple topics within a short period of time.
The last and one of the important last-minute tip is to have a good sleep. Adequate sleep before the exam provides a stable mind and a good thought process for students. During the exam duration, students are surrounded by a stressful atmosphere. Under such circumstances, candidates must have a stable mind to recollect important formulae or reactions to ace the exam with flying colours.
