Amrita University will start the slot booking process for Amrita Engineering Entrance Exam (AEEE) 2019 at 3 PM on April 12, 2019, that is today. Only those candidates who have applied for CBT can book a slot at amrita.edu. The slots available will be on a first-come-first-served basis. candidates are therefore advised to book a slot for the at the earliest by providing application number/e-mail id and date of birth.
Furthermore, the slots for AEEE 2019 will be made available for examination to be conducted on April 22, 24, 25, and 26. The available slot timings for the same are Slot 1: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Slot 2: 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM, Slot 3: 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Now, in order to book a slot candidate will need to log in using their application number and date of birth on the website. Next, candidates will be given the option to select a test centre according to their choice. Now a date will be to be selected by the candidates as per the date table made available with availability shown with a green colour inside the calendar.
Finally, candidates will be able to check their selected slots information, click on to confirm slot to book the AEEE 2019 slot. Also, There are chances that the dates selected may get automatically changed in the time because of a large number of candidates booking the same that causes nonavailability of the particular date, in such case candidates will be asked to select a date again.
Soon after the successful booking of slot candidates will be able to download the admit card for AEEE 2019 exam. To get the admit card login to the registered account with the help of application number and date of birth. Admit card will be available o the screen. Check details in the admit card and only then take a printout of the same.
Further, the AEEE 2019 is to be conducted in both Online and offline mode. Candidates opting for a pen, and paper-based examination which is scheduled on April 27, 2019, there will be no slot booking process. In the case of pen and paper based examination candidates will be given options to choose cities according to their preference.
There will be no difference in the pattern of examination or syllabus for the two modes. the examination will be conducted for 2 hours and 30 min. Candidates will have to solve a total of 100 MCQ, 3 marks will be awarded for each answer. Negative marking of 1 mark will be done.
