The West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limited (WBSETCL) Junior Engineer and Junior Executive (Stores) exam admit card has been released at wbsetcl.in. The exam will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) on March 14 and 15, 2022. There are a total of 400 vacancies for the post of Junior Engineer and 14 vacancies for the Junior Executive post. The pay scale for the post ranges from Rs. 36800 to Rs. 106700. Candidates can download the JE admit card by entering their Login ID and password.
Steps to download the WBSETCL JE admit card, 2022?
Step 1: First, head to the website – wbsetcl.in
Step 2: Under the ‘Important Notifications’ tab on the right side, candidates will be able to find the link for ‘Admit card for the CBT has been issued’. Click on it.
Step 3: Now, click on the admit card link corresponding to the notification dated 14.12.2021.
Step 4: The candidate login page will open now. Enter login ID and password, and click on login.
Step 5: Candidates will be able to view the admit card now.
It is advised that the candidates download and print the admit card’ as it is mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam centre, along with a valid photo ID proof. Candidates can find the exam center and exam time allotted to them. Candidates have to strictly adhere to the reporting time details provided in the admit card.

WBSETCL JE Exam Pattern
The CBT will be conducted for a total of 100 marks in 90 minutes. There are 4 parts in the exam- Part A (Domain marks), Part B (General Aptitude), Part C (English test) and Part D (Bengali/ Nepali Test). Part A carries 60 marks, Part B carries 20 marks, Part C has a weightage of 15 marks and Part D has a weightage of 5 marks. The questions will be of MCQ type, with each question carrying 1 mark. There is no negative marking in the WBSETCL JE exam.
WBSETCL JE Cut-offs

Additionally, candidates also have to secure a minimum total of 5 marks out of 20 marks in Part C and D together. Candidates qualifying the CBT will be called up for personal interview, which has a weightage of 25 marks. A merit list will be prepared based on the candidates’ score in the CBT and interview. Candidates will be selected based on this merit list by following the vacancies and reservation policies. The selected candidates will have to undergo a medical exam, before recruitment.
