Engineering Entrance Exam VTUEEE 2022 Exam Date Revised, Here Is New Schedule for Phase 2

The results of the remaining slots of phase 2 of VTUEEE 2022 exam will be announced in May, 2022. A total of 90 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics will be asked.

VTUEEE 2022 Exam Date

The Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R & D Institute of Science and Technology has revised the examination dates for VTUEEE 2022 exam. It must be noted that phase 2 of the exam will be held across three slots. However, the first slot of the exam is already over but the second and third slots are going to be held in April and June, respectively. Candidates who have submitted application forms for VTUEEE 2022 can check the revised dates from the official website – veltech.edu.in.

Phase II – Exam Dates

As per the revised dates for phase 2 of the exam, the duration of the slots will span over four days. Candidates must note that the examination centre and time slot will be mentioned in the hall ticket. The results for slot 2 will be declared on May 05, while the same for slot 3 are going to be announced on May 31, 2022. The revised dates have been shown in the table below.

Exam Pattern

There will be both paper and pen test (PPT) and computer-based test (CBT) for VTUEEE. However, candidates have to select either of the two modes. The overall pattern of the question paper will be similar to that of JEE Main 2022. Subjects like Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are included in the syllabus. Candidates will be given a duration of 3 hours (180 minutes) to complete the test.

  • There will be 90 questions in the question paper.
  • Each subject (PCM) will have 30 questions.
  • For every correct answer, 04 marks will be allotted.
  • However, for every incorrect answer, 01 mark will be deducted.
  • Filling up more than one response will be treated wrong and mark will be deducted.

Hall Tickets

Candidates have to download the hall tickets from their respective dashboards which can be accessed via the official website. In case the candidate has not received their hall tickets, then they should contact the helpline number at least two weeks before the examination date. In order to get a duplicate hall ticket, examinees can contact 1800 212 7669. Necessary guidelines as per the selected mode of examination will also be given to the candidates.

Post Exam

Based on the total marks secured by the candidates in the VITUEEE 2022 exam, a rank list will be prepared. Emails containing the ranks will also be sent to the candidates. After that, the branch allocation counseling process will be carried out based on the merit list.
