VAMNICOM PGDM ABM Admission 2020 Through CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT, CMAT; Registrations Open Now

VAMNICOM PGDM ABM Admission 2020

Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-Operative Management (VAMNICOM), Pune, Maharashtra published the admission notice for post graduate diploma in management (PGDM-ABM) 2020-22, 28th batch. VAMNICOM is a grant-in-aid institution under the Department of Agriculture, Cooperation and Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India. 

VAMNICOM PGDM admission 2020 notice specifies that placements are highly successful, in corporates, NGOs, public and cooperative organizations, private banks. Summer internship is given to few students in MoU countries including Sri Lanka, Nepal, Malaysia, Thailand. 

PGDM ABM is approved by All India Council for Technical Education, and recognized as equivalent to MBA degree by Association of Indian Unversities, and accredited by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi.

The recruiters list of VAMNICOM include ADM Agro Industrial India Pvt. Ltd, HDFC Bank, Federal Bank, DCM Shriram Ltd., Samasta Microfinance Ltd., Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd., TATA International Ltd., Reliance Retail, Rallis India Ltd., IDFC First Bank Ltd., Dhanuka Agritech Ltd., Svatantra Microfinance Pvt. Ltd., Samunnati Microfinance, Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd, H.M. Clause, Glencore Agriculture India Pvt. Ltd., V.N.R. Seeds, Ninjacart, AMUL, ESAF – Small Finance Bank, Basix Micro Finance, Mark Agri Genetic Pvt. Ltd., ED& F MAN Commodities, IFFCO.

Admission to VAMNICOM is based on entrance exams. The entrance exams whose scores are accepted include CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, GMAT, CMAT. GMAT and GRE scores of foreign national candidates are accepted. After shortlisting, there will be group discussion and personal interview. 

To be eligible for VAMNICOM PGDM admission 2020-22, candidates should be graduate with minimum 15 years of full time education (10+2+3) with at least 50% marks for general, OBC, EWS. SC, ST candidates are required to have 45%. Valid test scores of the latest national level entrance tests will be accepted. Those who are appearing in final year of degree exams can also apply, subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria by August 14, 2020. 

Seats are reserved for OBC, SC, ST, differently abled persons. Few are also reserved for wards of NCCT, NCUI, VAMNICOM employees, cooperative sponsored candidates, foreign nationals. 

Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-Operative Management will conduct GD, PI processes at selected centres in April-May 2020. 

The admission notice also outlines the course highlights. PGDM ABM is a full time residential programme that has focused on continuous upgradation of curriculum to match industry expectations. NCUI scholarship is for six students. IFFCO scholarship for three SC/ST students. Also, CICTAB meritorious awards are given. The case method pedagogy is used. There are separate hostels within the expansive campus for boys and girls. Students undertake industry and abroad visits. There are sufficient sporting facilities including gymnasium. Wifi connectivity is provided. There are biometric attendance systems in classrooms. 

VAMNICOM Pune admission notice also adds, “the application form and merit list is valid for taking admission in 13th batch of PGDM programme offered at URICM Gandhinagar (uricmmanage.org.in). VAMNICOM has no role either in selection or conduct of programme at URICM Gandhinagar.”

How to apply for VAMNICOM PGDM ABM admission 2020?

Candidates can apply online on VAMNICOM website vamnicom.gov.in and also pay the fees online. Application form may also be downloaded from the website and apply with valid score of CAT / MAT / XAT / ATMA / GMAT / CMAT of AICTE by post with demand draft of Rs 500 in favour of “The Director, VAMNICOM, Pune” from January 11, 2020, to March 31, 2020.
