The Uttar Pradesh Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari , or the Exam Regulatory Authority, has announced the new exam date for UPTET 2022. Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test will be held on January 23, 2022. The official notification has been released at shasanadesh.up.gov.in. The exam was earlier scheduled to be conducted on November 28, 2021 and was canceled due to a paper-leak.
UPTET 2021 exam will be conducted on January 23, 2022. There will be two sessions on the same day. The morning session will start at 10 a.m. and end at 12.30 p.m. The afternoon session will start at 2.30 p.m. and will conclude at 5.00 p.m.
The morning session will be conducted for paper 1 and the afternoon session will be conducted for paper 2. Candidates who qualify the paper 1 will be eligible to teach classes from 1 to 5. And the candidates who qualify the paper 2 will be eligible to teach the classes 6 to 8. The exam will be conducted in various centers across Uttar Pradesh (UP).
The admit card for the UPTET 2021 exam for both paper 1 and paper 2 will be released on January 12, 2022.
Candidates who have registered for the exam can check the official website, updeled.gov.in, regularly for any update on the release of the admit card. Once the link for the download of the admit card becomes active, the candidates can download the same by logging in using their registration number.
Other important dates conveyed in the notification are as follows:- The authorities will finalize the exam centers by December 22, then compile the same by December 27. Thereafter the NIC Lucknow will provide the attendance sheet by January 10, 2022. Center officials will get photo affixed attendance sheet by January 17, 2022. Question paper and omr sheets will be sent to be kept in double lock by January 20, 2022.
After the exam, sealed bundles of omr sheets will reach the Uttar Pradesh Pariksha Niyamak Pradhikari by January 25, 2022.
UPTET 2021 answer key will be released on January 27, 2022. Candidates will be allowed to submit objections till February 1, 2022. Final answer key will be compiled by February 21, 2022. UPTET result will be declared thereafter.
Earlier, the UP CM Yogi Adityanath said that the government would conduct the exam within a month in a transparent manner. The candidates will also be provided free transportation to the examination centres by the UP State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) if they produce their admit cards.
