Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has released the UPPSC GIC (Government Ashram Paddhati Inter College) Lecturer admit card 2021 on the official website, uppsc.up.nic.in. The candidates have to use their registration number and date of birth to download the same.
UPPSC GIC Lecturer 2021 exam is scheduled for September 26, 2021, from 11 am to 1 pm. Only those candidates whose application status appeared to be accepted will be eligible to appear for the examination.
The UPPSC GIC Lecturer preliminary exam will have two sections i.e. general studies and options subject section. A total of 40 questions will be asked from the GS section and option subjects will account for 80 questions. The total marks for the preliminary exam are 300 marks and each correct answer will fetch 2.5 marks and a negative marking of 1/3rd will be deducted for wrong answers. The total duration to complete the UPPSC Lecturer preliminary exam is 2 hours.
How to download the admit card?
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPPSC, uppsc.up.nic.in
Step 2: Click the flash link of the UPPSC GIC Lecturer admit card 2021 below the activity dashboard section
Step 3: On the next page, enter the candidate registration number, date of birth, gender, and captcha code, and then, click the download admit card button
Step 4: Cross-check the details as available on the GIC Lecturer admit card and save a copy of the same for taking a neat printout.
The candidates who have lost their registration number get the option to retrieve the same. To do so, the candidates need to simply click on the “know your registration number” on the admit card login page. After this, they have to mention the candidate’s full name, father’s/husband’s name, date of birth, and verification code, and finally click on the search option. The candidate’s registration number along with other details will be displayed on the next page and the same should be used to login in future.
The commission has released a notice along with the admit card that comprises the important instructions followed on the exam day. According to the same, the GIC Lecturer exam is going to be held in Prayagraj and Lucknow in a single session. The commission has further notified that candidates need to check their test venues as available on the admit card. Also, they have to carry their two photographs, original and xerox copy of a government classified id proof.
