University of Petroleum & Energy Studies (UPES) has released the Application Form for UPESEAT 2019. The waiting period is over for the students as UPES has released the Application Forms. Candidates can apply online for it. Candidates can fill the application form for UPESEAT 2019 and appear for the examination. To be able to fill the UPESEAT 2019 Application Form, the first and foremost thing which candidates have to do is to get themselves registered. After completing the registration process, candidates can fill the application form.
The application forms for UPESEAT 2019 has been made available in online mode. To be able to fill the application form, candidates need to activate the Login Link which will be sent to the candidates at the time of registration. So, it is indeed an important step to verify your e-mail ID as soon as they will receive the Verification Link. Candidates need to fill their personal, communication and academic details very carefully so that there will be no chaos and confusion in the later stages of admission. After filling the application form, candidates need to make a payment for the application form. The application fee for UPESEAT 2019 is Rs 1,850.
After the successful payment, candidates will get a confirmation that their application forms have been accepted or submitted. After this, the next step of the admission in UPES for B.Tech Programs will be the obtaining the Admit Cards for UPESEAT 2019. However, it is to be noted that the admit cards will be issued to only those candidates who have successfully completed every step to fill the Application Form and have paid the application fee.
Another noteworthy thing for a candidate before filling the UPESEAT 2019 Application Form is that he/ she has to be thorough with the Eligibility Criteria set by the governing authority in order to take admission. For Board Merit, 80% minimum aggregate is required in 10th & 12th standard and candidates should have secured 80% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics in 12th standard. JEE Main Scores will also be given consideration. However, JEE Main qualified candidates need not appear in UPESEAT 2019 for admission in B.Tech courses.
In other words, the candidates must have secured 60% minimum aggregate in 10th and 12th standard. Also, they should have secured at least 60% marks in PCM in 12th class. JEE Main Cut-off Score is 60.
If a candidate fits into the above-prescribed criteria, then 20% of the seats will be made available for them. If a candidate is applying directly, then he/ she must have minimum 60% aggregate marks in 10th & 12th standard and must have 60% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in 12th standard. If candidates, fit into this prescribed criteria, then 80% of the seats will be made available for them.
