Uttar Pradesh CM has recently visited Gorakhpur and Siddharthnagar to inaugurate a series of development projects. Know the details about the Chief Minister’s tour in the sections below:
CM Adityanath visit Gorakhpur Nagar Nigam
The Chief Minister inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for a total of 358 projects costing 142 crores. He also inaugurated multistorey parking constructed by the authority. Along with this, 11 sweepers were honoured by Chief Minister, under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). On this special occasion, around 21 beneficiaries were distributed house keys and certificates. The Chief Minister said that all the schemes run by the Central and State Governments can bring a change in the life of the common citizen. 25 electric buses have been started in Gorakhpur. Along with the systematic rehabilitation of street vendors under Pradhan Mantri Svanidhi Yojana, work is going on to connect them with banks on a war footing. There is a need to pursue development as a priority.

Chief Minister held state loan seminar in Gorakhpur district
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed the State Debt Seminar 2022-23 and Gramin Samridhi Samman ceremony by NABARD at Yogi Raj Baba Gambhirnath Auditorium in Gorakhpur district. On this occasion, he gave an approval letter to UP State Co-operative Bank under short term crop loan to 2200 crores through NABARD, Baroda UP Bank and through DCCB. Along with this, the Chief Minister also honoured women self-help groups and farmer producer organizations along. The CM also unveiled Kasya Milk ATM, unveiling State Focus Paper 2022-23, releasing a coffee table book on completion of four years of NABARD. In his address, he said, that Aajeevika Mission can play a big role in promoting women groups in rural areas, leading them to lead a life of self-reliance with dignity and to achieve the goal of self-reliance.

UP Corona Update
Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health, Shri Amit Mohan Prasad informed that a total of 1,74,997 samples have been tested in the state till October 23. Out of which 13 new cases of corona infection have been reported. He said that 04 people in the state in the last 24 hours and till now a total of 16,87,093 people have been cured of Covid-19. There is a total of 103 active cases of corona in the state. He said that the work of Covid vaccination is being done continuously.

UP CM inaugurated 74 development projects worth Rs 373 crore in the Bhadohi district
While addressing the inauguration and foundation stone laying program of development projects, the Chief Minister said that today district Bhadohi is moving ahead with its new identity. The medical college will be established on PPP mode in the Bhadohi district. He said that the entire state is a family for the state government. Our vision is to take the whole society along hence we follow the policy ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’. The Chief Minister said that under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna, 18,961 people got housing in rural areas in the Bhadohi district. Under the Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana (Rural), 2,938 people got housing. Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in urban areas, 25,094 people got housing. Under Swachh Bharat Mission, 01 lakh 28 thousand 325 toilets were given.

Chief Minister visited Siddharthnagar district
Under the tour program, the Chief Minister first inspected the proposed public meeting place. He observed the arrangements being made there. In the launch program, he saw the proposed photo exhibition and model of Madhav Prasad Tripathi Medical College. He visited the photo exhibition, life scene of Buddha and excavated site Kapilvastu. In a review meeting convened with public representatives and administrative officers at Police Line Auditorium, the Chief Minister said that on October 25, the Prime Minister would visit Siddharthnagar to inaugurate 09 medical colleges constructed at a cost of Rs.2329 crore. Earlier in the meeting, the District Magistrate informed the Chief Minister in detail about the preparations being made regarding the proposed program of the Prime Minister. He said that all the preparations have been completed.
