Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, today, inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 31 development projects costing Rs 433 crore in Amroha district. Among the projects launched, Government ITI constructed at a cost of Rs 6 crore 71 lakh. Total 13 projects including 33/11 KV power sub-station, Nagla Khadar and Vidhan Sabha Dhanaura built at a cost of Rs. 4.54 crores and 3.42 crores respectively. Among the projects laid by the Chief Minister are the residential/non-residential buildings of Police Line constructed at a cost of Rs 267.47 crore in Amroha Vidhan Sabha, 132 KV Electricity Sub-station Chachaura in Hassanpur Vidhan Sabha constructed at a cost of Rs 45.32 crore. A total of 18 projects including Mango and Vegetable Integrated Pack House are included in Government Ashram School, Sohatpur, Vidhan Sabha Hasanpur constructed at a cost of Rs 14.43 crores.

While addressing the program organized on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that today the foundation stone for development projects worth Rs 433 crore has been inaugurated simultaneously in Amroha district. These development projects will bring improvement and prosperity in the lives of the people of the district. Earlier, various development projects were inaugurated and foundation stone was laid in Hapur, Bijnor, Sambhal, Noida districts. He said that development will be the medium to move forward. Only with development, the path of happiness and prosperity of the people of Amroha district be strengthened. The development work being done by the present state government is visible on the ground.

The Chief Minister said that through the hard work of the people’s representatives of Dhanaura, Hasanpur and Naugawan Sadat, the schemes worth Rs 433 crore have been inaugurated and the foundation stone has been laid today. He said that in the earlier governments, the border of Uttar Pradesh used to start with potholes and darkness, but now fear-free governance, pothole-free roads and adequate supply of electricity are being provided in the state. During the tenure of the present government, the work of widening and strengthening of roads has been done rapidly. The Chief Minister said that the present state government has a zero tolerance policy towards corruption and crime. Strict action has been taken against those who are playing with the law. Strict action is being taken against those who damage public property, harass the poor and the weak.

The state government is committed for women’s respect, security and self-reliance. The security system of sisters and daughters in the state is tight. She is living her life without fear. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, schemes like Mission Shakti, Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana etc. are being run by the state government for the self-respect of women. 20 percent women have been given a chance in police recruitment in the state. Today 30,000 women policemen are giving their services for the safety of girls and women in the state.

The Chief Minister said that the amount of pension to the elderly, destitute women, Divyangjan is being sent directly to the account of the beneficiaries, thereby getting rid of middlemen. The state government has provided free food grains to the needy during the COVID-19 period. The state government has been working to benefit the public through public welfare schemes. He said that district Amroha is emerging as a new identity. The beat of ‘Dholak’, selected as a special product under the ‘One District, One Product Scheme’ in Amroha, is connecting people with one voice not only in the state but also abroad.

All the block heads, district panchayat members are working to take the schemes of the government from door to door, which is paving the way for happiness and prosperity in Amroha district. The Chief Minister said that the Central and State Governments are committed to the interests and welfare of the farmers. The state government kept all the sugar mills in the state running despite the COVID-19 epidemic. He said that since the year 2017 till now, sugarcane payment of Rs. 01 lakh 43 thousand crore has been made to the farmers in four and a half years. A committee of high officials has been constituted to increase the sugarcane price. After the decision of the committee, the sugarcane price will be increased.

The state government is working seriously for the interest and welfare of the farmers. If there will be a smile on the face of the farmer of the state, then the state will surely be happy. The Chief Minister said that the State Government has waived off crop loans worth Rs 36,000 crore of 86 lakh farmers. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, an amount of Rs 6000 is being transferred every year in the account of farmers through DBT. The state government has done the work of purchasing the produce of the farmers at the minimum support price by setting up a purchase center. Women, poor, laborers, exploited are being given the benefit of welfare schemes without any discrimination. The state government has done the work of providing free ration to 15 crore eligible persons, free cooking gas connection to 01 crore 56 lakh, 02 crore 61 lakh free toilets.

He said that by establishing Village Secretariat in Gram Panchayats, recruiting computer assistants in each Gram Panchayat, providing benefits of banking facilities, implementing schemes, feeding will be done at village level. The Chief Minister said that various cultural places of the state are being beautified. District Amroha is moving towards tourism and development. He said that a grand Shri Ram temple is being constructed in Ayodhya. Working on the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ by the Central and State Governments, everyone is being benefited. The benefits of the schemes are being extended to every eligible person. The country is moving towards becoming ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat’.


Many new records are being set in the field of infrastructure. The Chief Minister said that Uttar Pradesh will become the economic power of the country by following the path of development. He said that in four and a half years, four and a half lakh youths have been given jobs. For all the projects that are being inaugurated, work will be done to complete the work in a timely manner. The desired people have got the benefit of poor welfare schemes. The Central and State Governments are working day and night for the interests of the poor and helpless people.

During the program, the Chief Minister distributed certificates to the beneficiaries of beneficiary schemes of various departments. During the COVID-19/election period, among the dependents of the deceased, Mrs. Mukesh wife Late Mr. Soran Singh and Mrs. Preeti Singh wife Late Mr. Arun Kumar were given appointment letters as teachers and ex-gratia amount of Rs.30 lakhs as dependents of the deceased.


Apart from this, beneficiaries of various public welfare schemes including Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Rural), Mukhyamantri Krishak Accident Insurance Scheme, Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana, Chief Minister Child Service Scheme, Ayushman Bharat Yojana were benefitted. During the program, Chief Minister was honored by giving ‘Dholak’, an ODOP product of district Amroha, as a memento. Public representatives and senior officials of the government and administration were present on the occasion.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ji today inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development projects worth crores of rupees in Gautam Budh Nagar district. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also unveiled the statue of Emperor Mihir Bhoj. Beneficiaries of Marriage Grant Scheme, Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana, National Rural Livelihood Mission and Aajeevika Gramin Express Scheme were benefitted during the programme. Under the Prime Minister’s Public Development Program, the Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of 03 science lab projects in Government Inter College Dadri, Sadbhav Mandap, Nagar Palika Parishad Dadri, Mihir Bhoj PG College and one computer lab each in 14 schools under Shyama Prasad Mookerjee Rurban Mission. He also inaugurated the projects for construction of community center in village Khatana and Anandpur.
While addressing the program organized on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the State Government has done the work of changing the picture and destiny of the State. The state is constantly moving towards new horizons of development. For the safety of women, the government has recruited 30,000 women soldiers along with the Anti-Romeo Squad for the protection of daughters. Along with this, helpline service has also been operated for the safety of daughters. Under Mission Shakti, work is being done for the safety, respect and self-reliance of women.

The government has provided houses to 42 lakh people in the state. The government is giving the benefit of pension to the elderly, destitute women and disabled people. The Chief Minister said that today government recruitments are being done with complete transparency. The state government has set a record by giving four and a half lakh government jobs to the youth of the state. In every district of the state, ‘One District, One Product Scheme’ has been prepared for the welfare of the people associated with the industry. Under this scheme, by marking the product of each district, making it world famous as well as giving concrete shape to the industrial development of the district. The Chief Minister said that the loans of 86 lakh farmers of the state were waived in the year 2017 and the balance arrears of sugarcane have also been paid. Farmers will be ensured to clear their cane arrears even before the start of the current crushing season.
The government is benefiting the farmers under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The present government is working continuously in every field regarding the possibilities of employment. The Chief Minister said that effective control and management of COVID-19 has been done in Uttar Pradesh. He praised the public representatives, health workers, COVID-19 warriors, media personnel and administration for providing their active support in this work. He said that the pandemic is not over yet. We all have to be careful towards the virus. The Chief Minister said that the State Government is providing continuous momentum to the development with strong law and order. Taking strict action against the mafia, action has been taken to confiscate their illegal property.
Due to this the poor and traders are feeling safe in the state. Women help desks have been set up in all police stations and tehsils by connecting women police with ‘Mission Shakti’, where women policemen are resolving the problems of women with sensitivity. The Chief Minister said that technology is being extensively used in providing benefits of government schemes to the beneficiaries. After coming to power, the government got the ration cards verified. Ration cards were made available to genuine and eligible people by canceling the fake ration cards. 80,000 ration shops were linked with PoS. Today every poor person can get ration in his village or in any corner of the country. Apart from getting ration to the poor with the use of technology, the government is saving Rs 1,200 crore annually. The state government has developed various facilities for the farmers by using technology in the agriculture sector.
Corruption has been stopped by the use of e-pop system in the purchase of their produce from the farmers under MSP. The Chief Minister said that the Chief Ministers of the earlier governments used to compete to build their own houses, there was a competition among them. But in the last four and a half years dedicated to good governance, we have built more than 42 lakh houses for the poor, including rural and urban areas under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. Similarly, 2.61 crore individual toilets have been constructed under the Swachh Bharat Mission. 1.56 crore free gas connections were given under the Ujjwala scheme. More than 01 crore 38 lakh free electricity connections have been provided under Saubhagya Yojana. Under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, 06 crore beneficiaries have been given health insurance cover and 03 crore migrant workers have been given social security guarantee of Rs 2 lakh.

Apart from this, Rs 37,521 crore has been transferred to 02 crore 53 lakh 98 thousand farmers since the inception of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. 08 lakh 80 thousand street vendors have been benefited through Pradhan Mantri Svanidhi Yojana. The Chief Minister called upon the people present that the national religion has to be made paramount to take forward the development of the state and the country with more dynamism. Rising above caste, religion, sect and intention, everyone will have to discharge their responsibilities and duties, considering the national religion as paramount.
On this occasion, calling upon the social organizations to end the evils of the society, he said that they have to come forward to eliminate the social evils. Saluting the great emperor Mihir Bhoj, he said that the historic work was done by Emperor Mihir Bhoj in the ninth century for the protection of Dharma. The Chief Minister said that many freedom fighters and revolutionaries have contributed in getting freedom for the country.
