Finally, the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has issued the UP Board Time Table 2019 on its official website. Now, the candidates can download it at upmsp.edu.in. The time table is final and is available for both class 10 as well as for class 12 candidates. Initially, the time table was available on some newspapers. But it was not present on the official website. So, the students were confused about whether it is correct or not. But now, the candidates can get it and can download it.
The candidates can visit upmsp.edu.in. On the homepage, the candidates can see the link of “UP Board Time Table 2019“. It is available under the section “Important Notice and Downloads”. Click on the link and the time table will appear.
The board exams for class 10 will be held from February 07, 2019. The first exam will be of Vocal Music. The exams will be held till February 28, 2019. The last board exam for class 10 will be of Sanskrit.
For class 12, the UP Board will conduct the exams from February 07, 2019. The first exam will be conducted for Woodwork/ Prandhshilp/ Stitching. The exams for class 12 will be held for a month. The exams will be finished on March 02, 2019. The last will be conducted for English.
The timings are different for the different subjects. The UP Board will conduct the exams in the two sessions, i.e. in the morning and as well as in the evening session. The timings are 8:00 am to 11:15 am and 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm for the morning and evening sessions respectively.
Recently, the board has changed the exam dates for the class 12 students. The Minister of Secondary and Higher Education, Mr. Dinesh Sharma accepted the request of class 12 students and agreed to change some of the exam dates and timings. Now, the students will appear for the Mathematics exam on February 25 which was about to be held on February 21, 2019. Also, the Civics exam which was scheduled on February 25 will now be conducted on February 21, 2019. The exam for Home Science will now be held at 2:00 pm apart from 8:00 am. While Accountancy exam has been scheduled to be held at 8:00 am, not at 2:00 pm.
Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) is the state education board for students of class 10th and 12th. It came into existence in the year 1921. The board conducts the examinations annually in the month of February- March. Every year lakhs of students have appeared for class 10th and 12th exams.
