UP Board Exam Date 2019 has been out. Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad has announced the dates for class 10 and class 12 exams for 2019 session. The exams are expected to begin from February 07, 2019.
The Deputy Chief Minister of UP Mr. Dinesh Sharma has said in a press conference that the authority has taken a very big step. The board will conduct the board exams for both classes from Feb 07, 2019. The board will try to finish the exams within 16 working days. UP board has not released the date sheet yet. But UP Board Time Table 2019 will be available on the official website i.e. upmsp.edu.in very soon.
He has also stated that the preparation of the entire date sheet will be done on the basis of the festival “Kumbh Mela”. He has ensured the students that they will not get any trouble during the exams.
Last year, the board exams for class 10 and class 12 were conducted from February 06 to February 22 (within 15 working days) and from February 06 to March 10, 2018 (30 working days), respectively. But this year the board is trying to finish it within the 16 working days for both classes. UPMSP is taking this step for the convenience of the students.
Apart from the exam dates, the board is also taking some other big steps which will help in conducting the board exams flawlessly. UPMSP is taking the precautionary measure by putting 1.25 lakh CCTV cameras in 8,549 exam centres across the state. The authority is believing that this step will curb the cheating in the exams. The changes also include that there will be single question papers for the students per subject. The changes are not confirmed yet. But the government will try to do so.
It would be a great challenge for the board to conduct the exams within this short period of time. It will not be easy to conduct the board exams for over 60 lakhs students. But UPMSP will put efforts to follow the plan.
