UGC NET 24 Sep 2020 How COVID Protocols Were Followed
Candidates were seen wearing masks and their temperature was checked using the thermal guns. Inside the examination hall, proper care was given to social distancing, and all guidelines were followed by the candidates and staff. Students informed that this year 01 question was asked from Data Interpretation which was easier as compared to last year. Last year 2 questions were asked from Data Interpretation. The question paper was comparatively easy.

NTA Rescheduled UGC NET Dates clashing with Durga Puja
NTA rescheduled the dates of UGC NET 2020 clashing with Durga Puja. Exam scheduled on October 22, will now be held on November 04, exam scheduled on October 07, will now be held on November 11. Level of Difficulty (Shift 1) Sectionwise
Overall paper was moderate and if we talk about sections then Reading Comprehension was easy to moderate and Teaching Aptitude was moderate to difficult. Research aptitude was termed difficult and Communication and Higher Education System: Governance, Polity & Administration & Current Affairs was moderate. Maths and Data interpretation was easy to moderate and Logical reasoning was easy.
Sections and No. of Questions Asked in First Shift
From Teaching Aptitude 11 to 13 questions were asked, whereas 7 to 9 questions were covered from Research aptitude. 3 to 5 questions were from Communication and around 4 to 5 questions were from Maths. Around 7 to 8 questions came from Logical reasoning and 3 to 4 from Higher Education System: Governance, Polity & Administration & Current Affairs.
