Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay has extended the deadline for the UCEED and CEED 2022 examinations. Candidates can register for both exams on the basis of eligibility criteria, latest by November 11, 2021. This deadline is applicable without any late fee charges. So, candidates have around 10 additional days to fill and submit the Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2021 and Common Entrance Exam for Design (CEED) 2022. They can do so on uceed.iitb.ac.in and ceed.iitb.ac.in, respectively. ]
IIT Bombay began the CEED and UCEED 2022 registration on September 09, 2021. The application process for both exams was scheduled to end on October 10, 2021. However, to provide more time for candidates to complete their registration formalities, authorities decided to extend the deadline to November 11, 2021. Additionally, 5 more days have been provided to fill and submit the form by paying certain late fee charges.
In simple terms, the registration process is scheduled to end on November 16, 2021. This gives candidates ample time to register either for UCEED or CEED 2022 examination. Considering the policy of late fee charges, candidates are advised to submit their forms by November 11, 2021. So that they don’t have to pay any late fee charges along with their application fee.
An important thing to remember is that IIT Bombay has only extended the registration deadline for UCEED and CEED 202.2. Apart from this, there has been no change in the existing exam schedule. So, the UCEED 2022 examination will be held on January 23, 2022, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. CEED 202 examination will also be held on the same day during the same 3-hour time slot.

Candidates who have already applied for the undergraduate or postgraduate design exam must continue their preparation and wait for the admit cards to release. The UCEED 2022 admit cards will be released on uceed.iitb.ac.in on January 08, 2022. In case of any mistakes in the hall ticket, candidates must rectify them on or before January 14, 2022. Similarly, the CEED 2022 admit cards will be issued to registered candidates on the official portal ceed.iitb.ac.in on January 08, 2022.
All candidates are expected to print a copy of their admit cards at least 1 day prior to the exam. This document needs to be produced at the time of entry to the exam centre.
