The slot booking process for the qualified students of the Telangana Polytechnic Common Entrance Test has begun today. The last date for completing the process is August 09, 2021 at tspolycet.nic.in. Before starting with the slot booking process, candidates must first pay the processing fee. The slot booking process is essential for the candidates to attend the certificate verification as per the schedule.
To pay the processing fee, candidates must visit tspolycet.nic.in and then click on the ‘Pay Processing Fee’ tab. After that, they have to enter the TS POLYCET Hall Ticket number followed by the TS POLYCET ICR Form number and date of birth. If applicable, they must provide details of their caste certificate and income certificate as issued by Mee Seva. Then, they have to enter the image value that will be given below. Now, they can click on the ‘Pay Fee Online’ button which will direct them to the payment gateway where they can pay the processing fee. Candidates belonging to the OC/BC category will have to pay Rs 600 as processing fee while the ones of the SC/ST category must pay Rs 300.
After successful payment, candidates can select their slots by visiting tspolycet.nic.in. Then, they have to click on the Slot Booking tab and enter details like TS POLYCET Hall Ticket number, TS POLYCET ICR Form number, date of birth and the image value that will be provided below. After that, they must click on the ‘Show Available Slots’ button and select the desired slot.
Candidates, after booking their slots, will be called for certificate verification between August 06, 2021 and August 10, 2021. However, they must change the category of student and select the help line centre (HLC), date and time that is available for them to attend the certificate verification. Candidates belonging to special categories like NCC, PHC, Anglo Indians, etc. must book their slots by selecting the HLC of Government Polytechnic, Masabtank, Hyderabad to attend their certificate verification.
Note that the candidate will not be permitted in any other HLC other than the one that they have booked during the slot booking process. They must reach the selected HLC 10 minutes prior to the opted slot time. Without proper wearing of masks, the candidates will not be allowed entry. They have to maintain social distancing and are advised to carry their own water bottles. In case of any queries or clarifications, the candidates can visit the nearest HLC.
