TS PGECET 2021 Hall Ticket Delayed

Issuance of hall tickets for Telangana State Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance State (TS PGECET) 2021 is delayed, information regarding the same was shared on official website i.e pgecet.tsche.ac.in. Previously, the date of release of hall tickets was between June 10 and June 18, 2021. The date has been postponed because the last date of filling in the application has been deferred to June 12.

TS PGECET is a state level common entrance test in Telangana. Successful candidates can take admission into Post Graduate courses in Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy and Graduate Level Pharm-D. The Osmania University conducts these examinations under guidance of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).

As per the official notification on TS PGECET website dated June 05, the last date for filling in the application has been extended till June 12. The incumbent candidates need not pay late fees. The official reason for delay, as cited on TS PGECET website, is due to the “difficult situation relating to Covid-19”. However, the authorities are yet to notify the last date of filling in applications with late fees which come in slabs of Rs 250, Rs 1000, Rs 2500 and Rs 5000.

The decision to push back the last date of filling the application, followed by the decision to defer release of hall tickets, may have an implication for the exams. As per sources, this deferment indicates there may be a delay in holding the examinations.

As per the official notification released by TS PGECET, the examinations were supposed to be held between June 19 and June 22. Now that application dates have been extended and hall tickets have been held back, candidates will have to wait to see if the exams are rescheduled. The hall tickets bear the details of the examination centre, dates and timing of the exams.

Once hall tickets are issued, the same is going to be available on the TS PGECET official website pgecet.tsche.ac.in. The candidates need to click on the “Download Hall Ticket” option to proceed further. After that, the registration number, date of birth of the candidate and name of the chosen examination paper need to be entered. The hall ticket will show up on the screen, candidate should. The hall ticket is required to be downloaded and take a printout of it.needs to be taken out.

All notifications pertaining to the TS PGECET examinations are going to be put up on their official website periodically. Candidates who are appearing for the exams need to keep visiting this site and watch out for any further updates.
