TIFR Answer Key 2022

Candidates can now check the answer keys and response sheets from their respective email IDs. The GS-2022 examination was held on December 12. The results are expected to be out by the end of January 2022.

The Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) has released the answer keys for the Graduate School Admissions (GS-2022) examinations. The examination took place on December 12, 2021, while the answer keys were released yesterday. However, one can only access the answer keys and response sheets via email. TIFR has sent the answer keys along with the response sheets via emails.

Candidates have been provided with the same via a link sent to their respective email IDs. They can simply click on the given link and check the response sheets. The answer keys can be useful in evaluating the scores of the candidates. To check the response sheets, take a look at the steps given below.

Step 1- Candidates who have appeared for GS-2022 must first check their respective email IDs

Step 2- After that, they should find the particular email containing the TIFR answer key 2022 and the response sheet

Step 3- Click on the link that has been attached to the email

Step 4- Download the PDF version of the answer key and save the same.

Right before the official answer keys have been made available, various coaching institutes had already released the answer keys on their respective channels on YouTube. Nonetheless, even if one has referred to those answer keys, they must mandatorily check the official one to calculate a tentative score.

There will be a negative marking of 01 mark for the incorrect responses under objective-type or MCQs. It is expected that the results for TIFR GS-2022 will be released by the end of January 2022. The qualified candidates will then be called for interviews. However, the second stage of the admission procedure may not necessarily follow an interview as there might be a second written test depending on the selected subject or programme.

The interviews will tentatively take place in March-May, 2022. However, the exact dates for the interview will be informed later on. The candidates who will be shortlisted for the interview will be intimated regarding the same via email. After qualifying for the interview, these candidates will then be eligible for admission to the respective course based on their merit.

Except for the Mathematics paper, Chemistry, Computer Science and Systems Sciences, and Biology had MCQs. It was only the Mathematics paper that had both MCQs and True-False-based questions. A total of 40 objective-type questions were asked in each paper.
