Thane Municipal Corporation has released a new notification with the revised total vacancies for Medical & Paramedical Posts. The conducting body has added a new post of Lab Technician under the Thane Municipal Corporation recruitment. 10 new vacancies for Lab Technician are announced with the monthly salary of Rs.20,000/-. Candidates can download the new notification to know about the revised total vacancies, eligibility and other related information about the recruitment from thanecity.gov.in. With the introduction of the new post, the conducting body has also decided to extend the last date of the submission of the application form. Eligible candidates can now submit their application on or before July 11, 2020.
Earlier, Thane Municipal Corporation released the notification advertising 23 different posts in different departments. The vacancies that were announced prior to this notice was 1911. The posts that were earlier released are as follows, Intensivist, Medical Officer, Nurses, System Administrator, Biomedical Engg & Assistant, Executive hospital Operations, HR Manager, Receptionist, 2-D ECHO Technician, Medical Transcriptionist, X-Ray Technician, Dialysis Technician, ECG Technician, CSSD Technician, MGPS Technician, Lab Technician (Junior) and Hardware & Networking Engineer. Candidates were asked to submit their applications before July 01, 2020. However, Thane Municipal Corporation has again released the notification with one more post which is Lab Technician. With the releases of a new notification, the vacancies have been increased up to 1921. There are no changes in eligibility, selection procedure, vacancies, the monthly salary and other information of the posts that were announced before.
Those aspirants who fulfil the eligibility criteria for the newly announced post of Lab Technician can apply for it. Candidates who have a degree in chemistry, Biology and Microbiology from an accredited university are eligible to submit the application forms for the post. They shall also possess DMLT pass certificate from a recognized institution. Work experience of at least 03 years in the medical laboratory is required.
The window to submit the online application form for all the announced posts is still open. Candidates who possess the required eligibility can submit their forms online through est.tmconline.in. Here, candidates get the active link to submit online applications for each post. Aspirants have to click on the ‘apply’ link against the post and click on the ‘agree’ button when the eligibility displays on the screen. Eligible candidates first have to validate the mobile number by providing the first name, last name, middle name, mobile number. An OTP is sent to the candidate’s mobile number to verify the same. Aspirants are advised to submit their form for the respective posts before the last date.
