Last date to download SSC CGL answer key 2019 and submit challenges against it is 5 PM of June 30, 2019. All candidates who appeared in the tier-1 exam of Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level exam held from June 4 to 13, 2019, and re-exam on June 19, 2019, can avail this facility.
Answer key download and challenge facility is available at ssc.nic.in. Login requires application number and password. Upon logging in, there are separate tabs – one for question paper and answer key download, another for objection view.
At objection view, exam date and shift has to be selected, and question ID to be challenged has to be entered. Upon submitting the same, fee to challenge to the tune of Rs 100 per question has to be paid. Objections have to be explained in English language only.
Staff Selection Commission has advised against using Wikipedia, Yahoo answers, Quora.com or private websites or blogs as sources of references. The Commission has allowed use of official websites of government organizations, universities, educational institutes etc. and websites with the following extensions: .edu, .org, .gov, .in as references.
Link to login and download answer key, challenges, shall be pulled off immediately after deadline. There will not be any extension for the same.
The SSC CGL Answer Key 2019 was released officially on June 26, 2019. Therefore a window of 5 days time has been provided to download the same and challenge them. Once this process is over, the Commission sets out to look into the challenges. All genuine challenges are considered. Relevant changes are made to the answer key as per them. Answer sheets are checked as per final answer key only.
SSC CGL Result 2019 will be announced on August 20, 2019. The date has been disclosed officially in result status sheet published at ssc.nic.in. Lists of shortlisted candidates will be published at ssc.nic.in. Cut off and number of qualified candidates will also be revealed on the same date. However, marks will be made available a few days later at the same website. Shortlisted candidates will be allowed to appear in tier-2.
Tier-2 of SSC CGL 2019 shall comprise of four papers namely paper I, II, III, and IV. They will be respectively for quantitative abilities, English language and comprehension, statistics, general studies on finance and economics. Paper I and II shall be applicable for all. Whereas paper III will only be for JSO posts, and paper IV will be for AAO posts. Papers I, III, IV will have 100 questions of 200 marks each, with marking scheme +2, -0.5. Whereas paper II will have 200 questions of 200 marks, with marking scheme +1, -0.25.
SSC CGL comprises of tier-1, 2, 3, and 4. The process leads to recruitment for Group B and Group C posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India.
