Sindhudurg Public Health Department is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up posts of Physician, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Pharmacist & Others

Department of Public Health, Sindhudurg, is inviting applications from eligible candidates to fill up vacancies for various medical and non-medical posts. A total of 235 vacancies are advertised through a detailed employment notice published at the official website zpsindhudurg.maharashtra.gov.in. Shortlisted candidates who are finally selected will be appointed at different COVID treatment hospitals in Sindhudurg. The last date to apply is July 08, 2020.

The advertised openings are for the posts of Physician (4), Medical Officer (24), Medical Officer-Ayush (36), Hospital Manager (20), Staff Nurse (96), X-Ray Technician (2), ECG Technician (5), Labotary Technician (20), Pharmacist (7) and Data Entry Operator (21). The minimum eligibility conditions in terms of the educational qualification is mentioned separately for each post. To apply for Physician post, candidates must have MD Medicine qualification. For the post of Medical Officer, candidates need to have MBBS qualification while Medical Officer-Ayush must have BAMS/BUMS qualification. Medical graduates with an year of experience of Hospital Administration are eligible to apply for the post of Hospital Manager. Staff Nurse posts require candidates to have GNM/B.Sc. Nursing and registration in the Maharashtra Nursing Council. Retired X-Ray Technicians are eligible to apply for the corresponding post. Those with at least an year’s experience can apply for the post of ECG Technician. Those with B.Sc. DMLT qualification are eligible to apply for the post of Laboratory Technician. Candidates having B.Pharm/D.Pharm qualification are eligible to apply for the post of Pharmacist. Candidates having a graduate degree and minimum Typing speed of 30wpm in Marathi and 40wpm in English with MSCIT are eligible to apply for the post if Data Entry Operator.

Finally appointed candidates will be entitled to receive fixed monthly salary. The monthly salary of Physicians is Rs 75000. Medical Officers are entitled to receive monthly salary of Rs 60000 while Medical Officers (Ayush) are entitled to monthly salary of Rs 30000. Hospital managers are to receive monthly salary of Rs 35000. Staff Nurses are to receive monthly salary of Rs 20000. Candidates appointed to the posts of X-Ray Technician, ECG Technician, Laboratory Technician, Pharmacist and Data Entry Operator are entitled to fixed monthly salary of Rs 17000.

Eligible candidates can download the application proforma and fill it up. All necessary documents such as educational qualification certificate and other testimonials must be appended in the form of a single pdf file and sent to [email protected] before the last date. The shortlisting of candidates for final appointment is done on the basis of merit as per their qualification and experience. Candidates must note that at the time of joining they have to produce the original certificates for verification. Additionally, a service agreement must be signed on a Rs 100 bond paper.
