State Bank of India is currently accepting online applications for specialist cadre recruitment 2019, to the post of Deputy General Manager (Capital Planning), SME Credit Analyst (Sector Specialist), SME Credit Analyst (Structuring), SME Credit Analyst, Credit Analyst MMGS III, Credit Analyst MMGS II. For these posts, there are respectively 1, 11, 4, 10, 30, and 20 vacancies. Applications will be accepted at sbi.co.in until August 12, 2019. The biggest attraction of this recruitment is the salary bracket being offered.
Deputy General Manager post will be eligible for a salary of Rs 41 lakh CTC. Remaining posts, except Credit Analyst MMGS II will be eligible for Rs 18 lakh CTC. Credit Analyst MMGS II post candidates will get Rs 15 lakh CTC. These posts being eligible for a high salary bracket, and position of responsibility, also requires work experience. Any candidate who have a completed their degree in any discipline or have studied Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA (Finance) or equivalent/ PGDM (Finance) or equivalent will be eligible to apply for DGM (Capital Planning). A candidate need to have 15 years of experience in financial sector with a minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in the area of finance, capital planning, asset liability management, treasury management with banks, non-banking finance company / regulatory bodies or any other financial institutions who have large balance sheet size.
A candidate who is looking for a job in SME Credit Analyst, SME Credit Analyst (Structuring), SME Credit Analyst has to posses a degree in BE/ B.tech with either MBA (Finance) or CA of CFA. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required in bank or NBFC or PSU or FI or credit rating agency in the field of credit analyst / appraisal in road, energy, power, telecom, infrastructure sector or financial management.
For credit analyst (MMGS-III) and (MMGS-II), one has to complete CA/MBA/PGDM from a recognized university with a 2 years full time regular course in Finance. Work experience of 3 years is required here also. They need to know how to do analysis of the balance sheet, appraisal, assessment of credit proposal, and credit monitoring.
For joining as SBI Specialist Cadre Officer, except Deputy General Manager and Credit Analyst MMGS III, one should be aged between 23-35 years of age. Deputy General Manager applicants can be below 45 years of age. Credit Analyst MMGS III applicants should be between 25-35 years of age.
The application fee for General / OBC / EWS candidates is Rs 750, and Rs 125 for SC / ST/ PwD. The application fee once paid will not be refunded back or adjusted.
The selection process will be made on the basis of shortlisting and interview process. The shortlisting committee of SBI will shortlist the candidates and call them for interview. The merit list selection will be done as per the scores obtained in the interview. In case if the candidates scores the same cut-off marks, they will be ranked according to their age from highest to lowest.
