State Bank of India (SBI) recently concluded the first day for SBI PO Prelims 2020 Exam. The exam took place in four shifts – 09.00 AM to 10.00 AM, 11.30 AM to 12.30 PM, 02.00 PM to 03.00 PM and 03:30 PM to 04. 40 PM. As per the candidates, the overall exam Shift 3 was of moderate to difficult level. Whereas, candidates have reported that the SBI PO Shift 4 was of easy to moderate level. SBI PO Prelims 04 Jan Shift 3 Exam Analysis
As per the SBI PO Exam experts, the Shift 3 exam was of moderate level. Each section namely English Language, Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude were all time-consuming. Starting with the English Language, the questions from English Comprehension was related to modern life and depression. Around 05 questions were asked from Phrase Replacement, Double Fillers, Error Detection, Sentence Rearrangement.
Quantitative Aptitude was, as mentioned earlier, was of moderate to difficult level. Questions were from topics such as Quadratic Equation (05), Missing Number Series (05), Miscellaneous Word Problem (10) and DI (15). Moving to Reasoning section which was also moderate. Most of the questions were asked from Puzzles and Seating Arrangement (20) which were of easy to moderate level.
Good number of attempts in Shift 3 Exam can be between 55 questions to 67 questions. If we discuss about section-wise number of attempts then good number of attempts in English section should be 19 -25, 23 – 28 in Reasoning and 18 – 24 in Quantitative Aptitude.
SBI PO Prelims 04 Jan Shift 3 Exam Analysis
Shift 4 like previous shifts was also of easy to moderate level. discussing the section-wise difficulty level, the English section was easy to moderate level. The questions from Reading Comprehension was from Global Warming related. Around 05 questions were from Sentence arrangement, close test, sentence improvement respectively.
Quantitative Aptitude yet again was of easy to moderate level. The questions from Data Interpretation was of easy level. Around 05 questions were asked from Missing numbers, Approximation respectively. Now, the last section which is Reasoning was of easy to moderate level. It is important to note that there were no questions from Syllogism this time.
A number of good attempts in the English Language section are around 20-23 questions, 22-26 questions in Reasoning and 19-24 questions in Quantitative Aptitude. Overall one can say, a good number of attempts in SBI PO Prelims Shift 4 is around 57 to 68 questions.
SBI PO Prelims 2020 Result Date
After the commencement of SBI PO 2020 Prelims, State Bank of Bank will declare the result. It is expected that SBI PO 2020 Prelims Result Date is 3rd week of January 2021. Candidates who participate in the prelims exam can check their result online at sbi.co.in. They have to use their username/ registration number and password to login. Qualifying aspirants can then appear for the SBI PO 2020 Mains Exam. It is scheduled for January 29, 2021. The call letter the same will be out in the third week of January 2021.
