Railway Recruitment Board, Allahabad has decided to display the application status of RRB NTPC exam 2020. Reportedly, as many as 3942 applications have been rejected by the Board due to various reasons following careful scrutiny. As per reports, these were rejected from among more than 18 lakh applications for RRB Non-Technical Popular Category exam. The applications were rejected due to discrepancies in the photograph, signature etc. The application status will be made available on the official website of RRB Allahabad i.e. rrbald.gov.in from September 21, 2020.
As per reports, Chairman RA Jamali said that applicants will not be given any chance to make corrections to the submitted applications. Reportedly, the RRB has rejected the applications due to discrepancies in the photograph, signature etc. However, since the NTPC 2020 exam is scheduled to commence in December, the authorities have decided to display the RRB NTPC application status on the official website once again. The application status can be checked until September 30, 2020.
In order to check the application status, concerned candidates have to log in to the official website of RRB Allahabad i.e. rrbald.nic.in. Once the website opens, candidates can check the application status by logging in to the website. Candidates will be prompted to enter their registration number, date of birth and a verification captcha to log in to the website.
The RRB NTPC recruitment exam is scheduled to commence from December 15, 2020. The Indian Railways will fill up vacancies in the Non-Technical Popular Category. The vacancies are to be filled up by Graduate and Under Graduate candidates. RRB NTPC exam is scheduled to commence before the Level-1 Group D and Isolated & Ministerial category recruitment exams.
Indian Railways will conduct the NTPC 2020 exam for recruitment to various posts under the Non-Technical Popular category. The application process is already over and candidates will now be able to see the application status as per the schedule specified by the Board. Reportedly, the vacancies are for posts such as Junior Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, Junior Time Keeper, Trainee Clerk, Ticket Collector, Traffic Assistant and Goods Guards among others.
It has been reported that around 1.25 crore candidates applied for the RRB NTPC exam. The application process started in 2019. Now that the board has decided to release the application status through candidate login, registered candidates can check their application status before the exam commences.
