The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has issued the Group D Admit Card for September 26, 2018 exam. The candidates can download their admit card for RRB Group D through online mode only from the RRB official website. The Board is conducting the First stage computer-based test from September 17 to December 14, 2018. No printed admit card will be sent to the candidates individually through post/ courier.
To download the RRB Group D Admit Card, the candidates need to visit the official website of the RRB for which they have applied for. Next, the candidates need to log in by entering details such as User id and Date of birth. Click on the “Login” button to submit the details and the admit card will be available on the screen. Make sure to take a printout of the admit card as it is to be carried with to the examination center.
It is to be mentioned that separate admit card will be released for scribbles (if any). The admit card released for scribble is to be signed by the candidate as well as the scribble.
Candidates are further advised to check the admit card for all correct details. In case of any wrong detail do contact RRB via email or contact number.
The details mentioned in the admit card are: Name of the candidate, Examination center name, center code, registration number, Photograph.
Some of the other documents to be taken along with the admit card on the examination date is a valid photo Id such as PAN card, Adhara card, Driving license etc. Also, a copy of the photograph that was used in the application form is to be taken along to the examination center.
The Board has published a notice regarding the Group D Admit Card 2018, in which it has stated that the RRB Group D Admit card is not having Self Declaration paragraph. The paragraph will be displayed on the computer screen before the start of the exam and candidate should write the same in the space provided in the e-call letter in the exam lab only.
The examination will be computer-based with a total number of 100 questions to be solved within 90 minutes. The minimum percentage marks under various categories are UR-40%, OBC-30%, and SC/ST-30%.
Some other important details RRB Group D examinations are that Travel allowance can be availed by the SC/ST candidates by obtaining their caste certificate (original) and admit card for RRB Group D examination. The examination will be held under CCTV surveillance, candidates are therefore advised not to indulge in any unfair means.
Do not carry Mobile phones, pager, watches, Bluetooth enabled devices, calculators, metallic wears, bangles, belts, bracelets etc inside the test center.
