Rajasthan Public Service Commission has started the form correction facility for the Junior Legal Officer 2019 examination. Candidates can now edit the details in the application form till November 4, 2019. The commission has allowed candidates 10 days time since the last date for registration for rectifying the online application form.
The facility to edit details in RPSC JLO 2019 application form is available online at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in against a fee of Rs 300. This fee is a one time amount, irrespective of whether you make one change or more.
The application process started on September 26, 2019, and ended on October 25, 2019. After the aspirants submitted their application form correctly, they received an SMS containing the name, date of birth, subject and category filled. If the applicant finds any error in the SMS received on their registered mobile number then the individual can correct the information in the online application form now.
If a candidate finds any error in the application form he/she can correct it by the deadline. The form correction will be done online according to the rules and regulations laid by the board which are mentioned on the website, and notification.
However, after the form correction date, no more corrections would be entertained by the board, and the responsibility lies on the candidate to ensure correctness of data in their forms. Moreover, the candidate’s name cannot be changed during the correction process online. However, spelling error in the name would be accepted through offline request letters only, full name of the candidate will not be changed under any condition.
Widows, abandoned, physically disabled candidates who wish to add relevant category, for them the category change requests will be accepted until results declaration. For every level of exam, the change requests will be accepted before the original results. However under no condition will previously declared results be changed due to candidate’s mistake in selecting correct category.
The commission will next, announce the exam date for RPSC JLO exam. Accordingly, they commission will also issue admit cards for the exam. The same can be then downloaded from rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in, via the SSO website sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
Junior legal officer recruitment process comprises of a written exam, with multiple choice questions. The paper will have four parts namely I, II, III, IV. In I, there will be questions on constitution of india with special emphasis on fundamental rights, directive principles and enforcement of rights through writs, functioning of high court and supreme court and attorney general worth 50 marks. Then II will have questions on civil procedure code and criminal, procedure code. provisions required to be referred generally in government office will be given importance, also of 50 marks. Then part III will have questions on evidence act, limitation act, interpretation of statutes, drafting and conveyancing for same that is 50 makrs.
Then section IV will have two parts A on general hindi, and B on general English. Each will have questions worth 25 marks. Candidates will get 3 hours per paper. A minimum of 40% marks will be required to pass them.
RPSC JLO 2019 is to fill a total of 156 vacancies. The post is eligible for level 10 in the pay matrix.
