Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial State Selection Board (RSMSSB) has recently released a short notice regarding the Rajasthan Patwari exam. As per the notice the exam will take place on January 10, 17 and 24, 2021 in six sessions. The examination will be conducted in two shifts starting from 08:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM. The applicant can download the Rajasthan Patwari 2020 Examination notice from the official website rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in.
Candidates will be appearing for the examination based on the first letter of their names as provided in the application form. RSMSSB has divided candidates into six sessions depending on the English alphabetical orders. Applicants whose names start with letter A to C have to report at the exam centre on January 10, 2021 in the first session first shift. Those whose name starts with letter D to J have to take the exam scheduled for January 10, 2021 in the second session second shift. Furthermore, names from letter K to M will be appearing for the exam on January 17, 2021, third session first shift. For letter N to Q, the exam is on January 17, 2021, fourth session second shift. Candidates with name letter S to U have to appear for January 24, 2021, fifth session first shift. From letter R and V to Z have to take an exam on January 24, 2021 sixth session second shift.
However, some applications have provided prefixes such as Mr/ Miss/ Mrs/ Kumari/ Shri/ Smt/ Dr with their names in the RSMSSB application form. In such cases, RSMSSB has considered the first letter of their provided names. For instance, a candidate has entered her name as Miss Pooja has to appear for the exam January 17, 2021 third session first shift. Hence, candidates can check their exam date and shift timings as per the names they have provided in the online application form.
Candidates who have submitted more than one application must note that only the last applications received by RSMSSB will be considered. The rest of the submitted RSMSSB Patwari applications are rejected. Hence, download the e-admit card for Rajasthan Patwari exam as per the last submitted application number and password. The Rajasthan Patwari admit card download date will be out a few days before the examination.
Also, RSMSSB has asked candidates to not consider any notice that is circulating in social media to be true. Board will publish recent notices and advertisements for Patwari Exam only through employment newspaper and website.
