PM Modi’s Visit to Kushinagar
PM Modi, during his visit to Kushinagar, inaugurated the International Airport at District Kushinagar at a cost of about Rs 254 crore. In his speech, he elaborated how India is the centre of faith for Buddhist Society. He further said that this place is a witness to Lord Buddha’s transformation. He further added that the development of Kushinagar is one of the priories of the UP and Central government. After this, PM spoke about the Udaan Scheme, and how it is helping the Indian Aviation sector to grow. It is because of this scheme that, as of now 08 airports have been commissioned in different cities of UP.
PM also discussed India’s drone policy and how it is transforming agriculture, health, disaster management and defence of the country. He also informed that the government is thinking to develop flying academies at 5 airports in India.
Medical Colleges Dedicated to PM Modi
UP Government has decided to dedicate its 09 newly constructed medical colleges to PM Modi on October 25, 2021. The medical colleges are situated at Fatehpur, Eta, Mirzapur, Jaunpur, Siddharthnagar, Deoria, Hardoi, Pratapgarh and Ghazipur. National Medical Commission has also given its consent to this request by the UP Government.

CM-PM Abhidhamm Diwas Celebrated in Kushinagar, UP
PM Modi and Yogi Adityanath celebrated Abhidhamm Diwas in Kushinagar, UP. During this celebration, PM conducted an Archaeological Survey of India at Mahanirvana temple, he also planted the Bodhi tree on the premises and donated chivar to Mahaparinirvan temple. While addressing a function, he said Lord Buddha is still the inspiration of the Constitution of India, through his Dharma chakra. Even though today, India is moving with new energy but human values like non-violence, compassion, compassion is still embedded in India’s heart.

PM Modi laid the foundation of 12 development works worth Rs. 180.66 crore
The Prime Minister laid the foundation stone of 12 development works worth Rs. 180.66 crore including the foundation stone of Government Medical College, Kushinagar at a cost of Rs. 281.45 crore. While addressing the crowd, he said that in the last 4 and a half years, the rule of law has been given the best priority in the U.P under Yogiji’s leadership. He also talked about the benefits of the DBT scheme and said about Rs. 80,000 crore has reached the bank accounts of farmers of UP.
UP Livestock Minister directs instructions for speedy implementation of schemes
The Livestock Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Laxmi Narayan Choudhary has given strict instructions to the departmental officers to expedite the implementation of the schemes of the Livestock Department and fulfil the targets in time. A one-time solution scheme has been started for the convenience of electricity consumers, which will be applicable from October 21 to November 30, 2021, at the request of UP CM Yogi Adityanath.
