The National Science Olympiad, or NSO 2019, has been successfully conducted on both its scheduled dates, November 11 and 21, 2019. Today was the last date of the exam, and ever since the exam concluded, students have been eagerly looking for their respective classes’ answer keys. NSO was conducted for classes 1 to 12.
For quite a few classes, the answer key of NSO 2019 are available online by individual teachers, coaching centers. Such individuals or organizations who are involved in training students for olympiads and scholarship exams, and specifically whose students appeared for the science olympiad either today or on the previous date, they have published their self compiled answers and solutions.

Such NSO answer keys are spread over social media channels like facebook, youtube, and are being shared among students through the same channels and also others like whatsapp, telegram. For the immediate purpose of getting an idea of the answers asked in exam, and to predict marks to an estimate, students can refer these.
However the official solutions will be released set wise by SOF. The Science Olympiad Foundation has a page on its website dedicated for its 2019 olympiads answer keys. Said page, SOF answer keys 2019, can be accessed at sofworld.org >> answer keys 2019 section under the update zone. At the moment, it is displaying SOF IGKO answer keys 2019-20, and SOF IEO answer keys 2019-20. For IGKO, answer keys were released for sets A and B, and for IEO, they have been published for sets A, B, C.
SOF will publish NSO answer key 2019 for all the question paper sets that were given to students.
The answer keys for classes 1 to 4 will have answers to all 5 questions of logical reasoning, 25 questions of science, and 5 questions of achievers section. Students will get 1 mark for every correct answer in the first two, and 2 marks for the third section.
For classes 5 to 10, there will be answers to 10 questions asked in logical reasoning, 35 of science, and 5 of achievers section. Here the marking scheme will be 1 mark per correct answer of first two, and 3 marks for the third one.
Class 11 and 12 NSO answer keys will have answers to 25 questions of physics and chemistry, 5 of achievers section, and 20 on mathematics or biology. The achievers section questions will fetch 3 marks for correct answers, and for the other two, 1 mark will be awarded.
Result will be announced within 8 weeks of the exam. They will be published on the website sofworld.org, and also sent to the participating schools.
In order to qualify for second level, students should either be in the top 5% of all who appeared in the first level, or be in the top 25 in the zone from respective class. Also, from each participating school where at least 10 students appeared from a class, class topper will also qualify, if he or she got at least 50% qualifying marks; however if registrations were section wise then all students with the highest marks, irrespective of section will qualify for the second level.

The unofficial answer keys cannot be challenged, as they are just for students’ reference. You have to wait for official answer keys.
