Recruitment test for assistant manager (general stream), assistant manager (accounts and finance), and office assistant, advertised vide 02/2019 advt number, will be held next week.

NMDFC Admit Card

National Minority Development and Finance Corporation (NMDFC) has released the admit card for the exam scheduled to be held on September 21, 2019. The corporation has scheduled online exam for recruitment to the posts of assistant manager (general stream), assistant manager (accounts and finance), and office assistant. Last date to download the call letter is same as the exam date.

To download the admit card, candidates need to visit the official website of NMDFC, nmdfc.org and scroll down to the recruitment tab. Click on the admit card for online test. Then, login with your registration number or roll number along with the password or date of birth details. The admit card will appear containing details of exam date, time, venue, roll number, signature and photograph of the candidate.

In the examination as well as at the time of the Interview, candidates have to carry their call letter along with a valid photo identity proof such as pan card, aadhaar card, passport, permanent driving license, voter’s card, bank passbook with photograph, employee ID, bar council identity card. These set of documents are to be carried in original as well in photocopy.

NMDFC will conduct the written test for all the three posts at Delhi / NCR. The written test will be bilingual (Hindi and English) except for language papers. The minimum qualifying marks for UR, OBC, EWS, PH, Ex-SM is 45% in aggregate and 40% in each part of each paper. For SC, ST, it is 40 % in aggregate and 35% in each part of each paper.

There will be two papers for assistant (general stream) and assistant manager (accounts and finance). Paper I comprises of four sections carrying 25 marks in each sections. Paper I includes questions from general awareness (section 1), general intelligence and reasoning ability (section 2), arithmetical and numerical ability (section 3), hindi and english language and comprehension (section 4).

Paper II for the post of assistant (general stream) is divided into two parts. Part A will include questions based on computer knowledge / information technology, MS office and welfare schemes of the government for minorities and Part B will be an essay writing test for 300 words. Candidates can select any of the three options. The total marks of paper II will be of 75 marks.

For the post of assistant manager (accounts and finance), part A questions will comprise on knowledge of computer / IT and accountancy, taxation, company law. Part B will be same to that of assistant (general stream). However for the post of office assistant, there will be only essay writing section in paper II.

The selection in respect of assistant (general stream) and assistant manager (accounts and finance), will be made on the performance of the written test and interview. Whereas in respect of office assistant, the selection will be made on the basis of only written test.

Candidates appointed for assistant general stream and assistant manager accounts and finance post will be paid in a pay scale of Rs 30,000 to 1,20,000 (E-0), and for the post of office assistant, candidates will be paid in a pay scale of Rs 25,000 to 95,000 (NE-3).
