NIMCET 2021 Answer Key Released

The answer key for NIT MCA Common Entrance Test (NIMCET) 2021 has been released on August 08, 2021. The same is available on the official website nimcet.in. All India NIMCET 2021 is conducted by the National Institutes of Technology, Raipur.

The authorities conducting MIMCET 2021 also provide an objection facility for NIMCET 2021 answer key. In order to raise the objection, the candidate is required to send an email to [email protected] after paying an objection fee of Rs. 1000/- per objection. The candidates raising objections need to pay an objection fee on the SBI-Collect gateway available on the official website of NIT, Raipur – nitrr.ac.in. The SBI icon needs to be clicked along with the box called “I have read and accepted the terms and conditions stated above”. After which the Proceed button needs to be clicked.

Subsequent to the above, the “NIMCET 2021 Objection Fee” page will open up. Details like hall ticket number, name, and the number of questions for which objection is being raised needs to be filled up. Objection fee @ Rs. 1000/- per question needs to be paid. The receipt needs to be downloaded for records.

It is to be noted that objections accompanied by proof of payment of objection fees are going to be attended to.  If the objection is correct, the fees will be refunded in full. If the objection is invalid, the amount is going to be forfeited. If the candidate happens to pay less for multiple objections, as a process of elimination, objections will start getting addressed serially. The objections for which full fees have been collected are going to be addressed.

A format has been prescribed on the NIT official website nimcet.in for raising objections. Following are the mandatory requirements:

  • Hall ticket number
  • Name of the candidate
  • Question ID
  • Correct Option/Key given by NIMCET
  • Correct Option/Key claimed by the candidate
  • The logic of raising objection needs to be explained with precise reasons

The email that the candidate has to send needs to be enclosed with the above-mentioned along with a money receipt for the NIMCET authorities to consider the application for objection. Separate sheets are to be used for individual objections.

Last year, NIMCET exams were held on October 22, 2020. Results were announced after 21 days, on November 12, 2020. This year, the NIMCET exams were held on August 7, 2021. Going by the trend, the results for NIMCET 2021 are expected to come out around August 20- 29, 2021. However, candidates need to visit the official website nimcet.ac.in regularly as updates are going to be notified there.

The candidates who will be successful in NIMCET 2021 are going to be called for counseling. The candidates who qualify for the counseling will get admission in any of the NIT’s located in Agartala, Allahabad, Bhopal, Calicut, Durgapur, Jamshedpur, Kurukshetra, Raipur, Surathkal, Thiruchirappalli, or Warrangal.
