Taking the mock examination is really important for the candidates to familiarize themselves with the exam pattern and the process of the main examination to be held on Sunday. But as informed by the authorities, the mock questions and duration shall not have any direct connection to the questions to be asked during the actual examination.
The purpose of the mock exam is only to familiarize the students with the process of writing the examination without any doubt. Officials have been assigned the duty to handle the queries of students during the mock exam session. Hence, you should carefully attempt the examination and solve all your queries with the concerned officials before appearing for the entrance test on Sunday.
NIFT 2022 Schedule
It has been notified that candidates will be blocked from accessing the question neither by invigilators nor by AI due to any system-related breaches or poor connectivity during the mock sessions. The detailed schedule of the mock test has been released by NIFT on its official website.
The shift to an online remote proctored mode for the main entrance exam was initiated due to the covid situation in the country. Hence, it has been made mandatory for all students to attempt the mock exam to prepare themselves for the new way of conducting the examination. However, the marks obtained in the mock test will have no bearing on the final mark list and is only a way to familiarize the candidates for the remote proctored exam.
