National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the OMR sheet and recorded responses of the candidates for NEET 2019 on May 31, 2019. The National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET)-2019 has been conducted on May 05, 2019 and May 20, 2019 (for Odisha candidates) throughout the country. As per the official notification released by NTA, as many as 15,19,375 candidates registered, out of which, 14,10,754 candidates appeared for the test.
The candidates can view/ challenge the NEET 2019 OMR sheet by visiting the official website at ntaneet.nic.in. On the homepage of the website, the candidates need to click on the link which says “Candidate Login”. Next, log in by entering the application number and password. Submit the login details and in the Candidate’s dashboard click on the link which says “Click Here for OMR Challenge”. Next, you may choose to either view/ challenge the OMR Sheet.
Candidates, if wish so, can challenge the NEET 2019 OMR Answer Sheets and recorded responses by online mode only. No request for a challenge in the NEET OMR Sheet is accepted by mail/ post/ fax. To challenge the OMR Sheet, candidates need to login and click on the relevant link for challenging the OMR sheet.
The facility for NEET 2019 OMR challenge is available from May 31 to June 02, 2019 (upto 11:50 PM). For challenging the OMR Sheet, candidates need to pay an amount of Rs. 1000/- for each challenge. The payment can be done by credit card/ debit card/ net banking.
NTA will refund the amount of the processing fee if the challenge found is correct.
The answer key for NEET 2019 was released by NTA on May 29 and the candidates could submit the objection in it till May 31. The challenges submitted by the candidates will now be considered by NTA and relevant changes will be made in the answer key, if required.
The result for NEET 2019 is going to be released on June 05, 2019 at its official website. Various coaching centers have released the expected cut off for NEET 2019 on the basis of the difficulty level of the test, paper analysis, and students reaction. As per Sri Chaitanya, the expected cut off for Open category shall go to 538, and as per Career Point, the expected cut off shall be between 455-465.
Candidates will be able to check their NEET 2019 Result at Candidate login only. It will consist of the NTA score and All India Rank (AIR) secured by the candidate. The counselling will be held online by the Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) for admission under 15% All India Quota, whereas, for admission in seats other than 15% All India Quota, the counselling is conducted as per the Admitting Authorities of the state.
