NDA 2019 Maths and GAT Today; 5 Important Things to Know

Today i.e. March 21, 2019, Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducting the NDA 1 2019 examination. The paper I examination is of mathematics and is of 300 marks. Paper II (general ability test) will be divided into two parts. Part 1 and 2 of the paper will be containing questions related to english and general knowledge subject.

# Exam Timing

The examination is scheduled to be conducted in two shift. The morning shift examination has been started at 10:00 am and the exam will over at 12:30 pm which means the total duration of the examination is of 2.5 hours. Paper II will commence at 2:00 p.m and it will end at 4:30 p.m.The applicants appearing for the paper II must note that after 1:50 p.m those will be not allowed to enter in the examination center.

# Documents to Carry on NDA Exam

The candidates appearing for the examination those need to carry a hard copy of the admit card and a print out of important instructions. If in case candidate’s admit card is containing unclear photograph then those have to carry one valid photo identity proof (adhaar card, pan card, voter id card, etc.), two passport size colored photograph, print out of admit card and important instructions.

# NDA Answer Key

After the successful conduction of the examination unofficial answer key will be released. The answer key helps the applicants in estimating the marks scored in the examination. At first paper I unofficial answer key will be released and secondly the answer key for paper II will be released. From the answer key candidates can also predict the chance of qualifying the examination.

# NDA Result

UPSC declares the NDA Result at the official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. It is expected that the NDA Result will be declared in the month of June 2019. The result will be in the form of pdf and containing the name of the qualified candidates. The qualified candidates will be called for the Service Selection Board interview.

# SSB Interview

The candidates who will be shortlisted for SSB those have to first register for Service Selection Board (SSB) Interview and the candidates who will register on time for those call letter will be issued. The SSB interview will be of 2 stages. In stage 1, Picture perception and picture description test will be conducted. The candidates who will qualify the stage 1 those will be shortlisted for stage 2. Stage 2 will consist of Interview, Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests and the Conference. The duration of the SSB will be of 5 days.
