National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has introduced 14 new DNB and FNB courses for the 2022 session. As per the notice available on the official website, the application form filling shall commence on April 15, 2022. Hospitals that possess the basic eligibility for any of the newly introduced courses can apply for the exam on the official website, natboard.edu.in.
The last date to fill out the NBEMS application form online is June 15, and the last date of receiving the hard copy of the application at the NBEMS office is June 30, 2022.

The board has announced courses for two disciplines, the Fellowship of National Board (FNB) and Diplomate of National Board (DNB). The detailed course types for all the courses can be found in the table mentioned below:

NBEMS DNB FNB Eligibility Criteria 2022
The basic eligibility criteria for FNB (fellowship) courses faculty is having completed MCh/DrNB in the listed courses along with prescribed work experience of 5 years for Senior Consultant and 2 years for Junior Consultant. Whereas, the same for the DNB (broad specialty) courses is having completed DNB/MD (General Medicine/Internal Medicine) from a recognized college along with work experience of 8 years for Senior Consultant and 5 years for Junior Consultant.
