National Board of Examinations (NBE) has released a public notice announcing that the board will re-open the registration window and edit window for NEET-PG 2021 exam. Aspirants will be able to access the NEET PG 2021 application form and edit window from August 16, 2021 onward through nbe.edu.in. Both registration window and edit window will remain open till the last date which is August 20, 2021.

As per the notification, the National Medical commission has also decided to extend the cut-off date for the completion of the internship. Now, the internship cut-off date is changed to September 30, 2021, for NEET PG-2021 eligibility. Desirous candidates who will be completing their internship from September 01, 2021, to September 30, 2021, can apply for NEET PG 2021. Such candidates will be able to select the preferred state as test centre during the registration window.
To be eligible to apply for the NEET PG-2021 exam, aspirants must have completed the MBBS degree or possess a provisional MBBS Pass Certificate. They should also have completed a one year internship or the internship should be on the verge of completion while applying for the examination. Candidates must have also registered with the NMC/ the erstwhile Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
The application link for the examination will be available at nbe.edu.in as per schedule. Those who have not registered themselves can complete the NEET PG 2021 registration before applying. On successful registration, a login ID and password is generated that aspirants should keep safe till the admission process is over. Login using these credentials to fill and submit NEET PG application form 2021.
Before the final submission, candidates are also required to pay the relevant application fee. General and OBC candidates are liable to make payment of Rs. 5015/- whereas SC/ ST/ PWD candidates have to pay Rs. 3835/- online. Thereafter, submit the application form and take a printout of the same for future reference
Aspirants who have registered themselves earlier for NEET PG-2021 are allowed to make changes in their category and EWS status. However, these candidates will not be allowed to make any other changes.
Moreover, Mansukh Mandaviya, Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare, has announced that the NEET PG-2021 exam will take place on September 11, 2021. The exam was earlier scheduled for April 18, 2021, which was later postponed due to the second wave of COVID-19 and its after-effects.
