The National Board of Examination has announced the updated notification for the NEET SS 2021 on the official website, natboard.edu.in. As per the latest notice, the board will activate the registration window from November 01 to 22, 2021. The decision for postponing the registration dates is due to the decision taken by the government along with NBE and NMC of making some changes in the ongoing process. Hence, with the view of making the necessary changes in the registration process, the board has postponed the registration process until October 31, 2021.
Also, the board has updated the NEET SS 2021 exam date, and now it is going to be conducted on January 10, 2022. The edit window for the NEET SS is going to commence from December 01 to 07, 2021. Also, the final edit window will open from December 20 to 23, 2021. While the admit card for the examination is going to be released on January 03, 2022.
Along with the updated dates, the board has made 5 key announcements with the latest notice on NEET SS 2021:
#1 As per the decision made now by the central government in consultation with NBE and NMC, the revised exam pattern is going to be applicable from the year 2022-2023.
#2 The candidates who will be appearing for the current session have to appear for the exam as per the old exam pattern. The NEET SS 2021 exam date has been revised and now the exam is going to be held on January 10, 2022.
#3 The ongoing registration for NEET SS 2021 will be now put on hold till October 31, 2021, and shall be resumed on November 01, 2021, to make the necessary changes as decided by the regulatory bodies. The registration window shall remain operational till November 22, 2021, till 11.55 pm.
#4 The registration window is going to commence from November 01 will allow the candidates who have already registered to edit their application form. While the one’s who have not yet registered need to fill the application form afresh.
#5 All those candidates who have already paid the application fee of more than INR 4250 for multiple groups shall now get the extra money refunded in their bank accounts. However, the ones who do not wish to withdraw their application form are required to write the same to NBEMS for a full fee refund.
The board is going to release the updated bulletin for NEET SS 2021 soon on the official website. Recently Supreme Court put an end to the ongoing debate of revising the exam pattern with effect from 2021 by squashing the theory of the government and regulatory bodies. Now, as per the latest orders, all changes with regards to the NEET SS exam pattern shall be applicable from the next session 2022-2023.
