National Animal Resource Facility for Biomedical Research (NARFBR) is currently conducting the recruitment process for Assistant and Upper Division Clerk posts. The NARFBR recruitment 2019 notification was released last month, and the last date to apply online for the positions is approaching.
The last date to apply for NARFBR recruitment is December 13, 2019, that is tomorrow. Interested job seekers can fill and submit the form and pay relevant fees until this deadline. This biomedical research facility functions under ICMR, that is the Indian Council of Medical Research.

Though ultimately the link to apply online leads to narf-recruitment.aptonline.in. the complete process of filling the form to submit documents in it, and payment of fee, all are online steps. Documents to be uploaded in the form include soft copy of a passport size photograph whose size will be less than 50 kb, scanned signature in blue or black ink with size less than 30 kb.
The application fee for NARFBR recruitment 2019 for assistant and upper division clerks is Rs 300. Though SC, ST, PWD, female candidates are exempt from the complete fee amount.
NARFBR shall conduct a computer based test, on December 27, 2019 for the purpose of selection to the posts. Qualifying marks in the written exam will be 50% of the total marks. Those who qualify the test, will be called for computer knowledge test and skill or typing test for assistant, and UDC posts respectively. Prior to the skill and typing tests, qualified candidates will be called for document verification.
Selection will be on the basis of the written test. Exam centre shall tentatively be in Hyderabad.
The test will be in english language. It will be of 2 hours. There will be multiple choice questions, 100 in number. Each shall be of one (1) mark. Questions will be on general english, quantitative aptitude, reasoning, computer knowledge and general knowledge or awareness.
Post of assistant in National Animal Resource Facility for Biomedical Research shall come under level 6 Rs 35400 – 112400. Whereas post of upper division clerk is in level 4, Rs 25500 – 81100. For both these posts, there are 2 vacancies in each.
The facility invites candidates with at least 3 years duration bachelors degree, and a working knowledge of computer, whose age is at max 30 years as on December 13, 2019, to apply for Assistant post.
Likewise, for the post of UDC, the facility has called candidates with a degree, and typing speed of either 35 wpm in english, or 30 wpm in hindi on computer, and age at max 27 years on the same cut off date to apply. For both posts, applicants should be capable to carry out work in any sections of administration.
