The Nainital Bank Limited is inviting offline applications to fill up 08 vacancies for the post of IT Officers. The vacancies will be filled up by appointing selected candidates at Officers’ Grade/Scale I rank for an initial bond period of 02 years. Completely filled up and signed applications along with specified enclosures must reach the authorities by July 23, 2020.
The advertised vacancies are to be filled by applicants within the age range of 22 to 32 years. Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in IT related projects of Commercial Bank with particular reference to FINACLE platform. The minimum educational qualifications as on 30.06.2020 must be a B.E/B. Tech degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA. Candidates must have obtained their qualifying degree by securing a minimum of 60% marks.
Selection of eligible candidates is to be done through shortlisting and Personal Interview. A written exam may be conducted for the selection of applicants depending upon the number of applicants. Applicants are to be shortlisted for the interview as per parameters set by the bank. Candidates are shortlisted for the final merit lists based on the marks obtained in the interview. If two or more candidates secure the same score, candidate with higher age is placed at a higher rank.
The initial appointment is for a period of 2 years. Candidates have to sign a bond of serving for the initial period of 2 years. The value of the Indemnity Bond is Rs 2 lacs. Candidates will be appointed at the pay scale of Rs 23700-980/7-30560-1145/2-32850-1310/7-42020. In addition, appointed candidates are entitled to recieve special allowance @ 7.75% of basic pay and DA. The final CTC is approximately Rs 7.00 lacs per annum.
An application fee of Rs 1000 must be paid by Demand Draft in favour of Nainital Bank Limited which is payable at Nainital (Uttarakhand). The receipt copy must be attached with the application form. The application form must be completely filled up and signed by the applicant. A recent photograph must be affixed at the designated space on the application form and signed. Applications must be forwarded along with the specified enclosures including copies of documents indicating date of birth, qualifications etc. Envelopes must be superscribed with the words “Application for the Post of IT Officer Grade/Scale-I”.
