Nainital Bank Extend Last Date To Apply For PO/Clerk Recruitment; Eligibility Criteria Modified, Check Here

Nainital Bank has officially extended the last date to register for PO & Clerk recruitment 2020 while allowing candidates without a regular degree to apply for the recruitment

Nainital Bank Limited has officially extended the last date to apply for 75 Probationary Officer and 80 Clerk recruitment. In a detailed recruitment advertisement dated August 29, 2020, the bank invited applications to fill up the aforementioned vacancies. The online registrations were scheduled to close today i.e. September 15, 2020. However, as per the latest corrigendum released against the aforementioned notification today, the last date to register and apply for the recruitment is now extended till September 22, 2020. Candidates will now be able to register online and pay the fees till September 22, 2020. In addition, certain rectifications have also been made to the prescribed eligibility conditions. Intending applicants, as well as those who have applied already, are advised to check the official corrigendum available at nainitalbank.co.in.

Nainital Bank announced the vacancies for the posts of Probationary Officer in Grade/Scale I and Clerks through an earlier advertisement dated August 29, 2020, available at the official website. Candidates having a full time/regular degree were invited to apply for the posts of PO and Clerk. More specifically, candidates having a full time and regular, Graduate or Post Graduate degree with specified minimum aggregate marks and experience were invited to apply for the posts. However, as per the latest corrigendum released by the Bank, candidates who have acquired their degrees through distance/correspondence/private modes are now also eligible to apply for the recruitment as well.

The Bank has clearly notified that all the other terms and conditions of recruitment, as indicated through the official notification dated August 29, 2020 are to remain unchanged. The only modifications to the terms and conditions of recruitment are for the eligibility conditions as specified before and the extension of the last date to register, apply and pay application fee.

Candidates who missed the opportunity to apply for the recruitment can now do so before the newly announced last date. Those who are having the specified minimum educational qualifications & experience and falls within the maximum age limit are eligible to apply for the recruitment now. The maximum age of the applicants cannot be more than 30 years for POs and 28 years for Clerks. Selected candidates are to be appointed for an annual CTC of Rs 7.00 lacs for PO post and Rs 3.70 lacs for the Clerk post.

The online application window is now open at the official website and intending candidates can apply by registering at the portal, paying the specified fee and scanning and uploading the copies of specified documents. Candidates applying for the post of PO have to deposit an application fee of Rs 2000 (including GST) and Rs 1500 (including GST). For more details, refer to the detailed notice and the subsequent corrigendum released today.
