The Professional Examination Board, Madhya Pradesh will soon release an official notification for MP Patwari recruitment 2022 on its official website. After the cabinet approval for calling for patwari recruitment, the notification is expected to be released in the first week of May 2022. Interested candidates should visit the official website of PEB peb.mp.gov.in regularly for further updates on the recruitment notification. According to reports, a total of 5204 vacancies have been approved by the cabinet.
Government approval for MP Patwari Recruitment 2022
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan had recently called for a cabinet meeting to discuss the MP Patwari recruitment. Due to the increased demand for patwaris in the state, it has been decided by the government that around 5204 new vacancies will be created to reduce the workload. The cabinet has also approved the suggestion of the CM in view of reducing the hectic schedule of existing officers as well as providing job opportunities to unemployed youth in the state.
Following the cabinet approval, the official notification is expected to be released soon by the PEB. The decision regarding the Patwari postings was taken at the cabinet meeting held on April 12, 2022.
Eligibility and Vacancy Details
The recruitment process for MP patwari posts will be held in a phased manner. It is expected that vacancies to 3000 posts will be filled first followed by the rest. In the previous years, candidates who passed Class 12 with a diploma in computer applications or Bachelor’s degree were eligible to apply for the recruitment.
It must be noted that candidates without Computer Proficiency Certification Test (CPCT) certificates were not shortlisted to appear in the recruitment examination previously. It is expected that candidates must also be above the age of 18 years and below the age of 33 years to apply for MP Patwari Recruitment 2022. There will be a relaxation in the upper age limit for candidates belonging to reserved categories. However, the exact details regarding the age limit will be published only in the official notification. Other details regarding the eligibility criteria will be mentioned in the official notification.
The selection will be based on a written examination for a total 0f 100 marks from General Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Hindi, Computer Proficiency, and Village Panchayat.
