All India Management Association (AIMA) has announced the dates for the upcoming MAT 2022 examination. The exam schedule has been updated on the official website mat.aima.in. Accordingly, two paper-based tests (PBTs) shall be conducted on May 15 and 28, 2022. As implied in the name itself, PBT will be held offline and at selected centers across the country. However, each candidate has the choice to take the exam in any format he/she pleases. They will need to specify this format while registering for the management test.
AIMA has already commenced the MAT 2022 registration through the online mode, on the official portal. The last date to register for PBT 1 is May 09, 2022, whereas the deadline to register for PBT 2 is May 23, 2022.
MAT 2022 PBT 1 & PBT 2
As per the schedule published on the official website, the MAT 2022 PBT 1 examination will be conducted on May 15, 2022. All those who successfully register for the entrance exam by May 09, 2022, shall be issued admit cards from May 11, 2022, at 4 PM. Following is a table summarising the dates for PBT 1 –

Candidates willing to appear for the MAT 2022 examination a second time, can do so by registering for PBT 2 by May 23, 2022. All those who register for the second attempt will be issued hall tickets from May 25, at 4 PM. Aspirants will have to download or print a copy of their hall tickets as soon as possible, before the exam on May 28. Given below is a table summarising the schedule –

In order to fix the format for MAT 2022, candidates must specify the same in their registration form and pay the application fee corresponding to the format.
