The All India Management Association (AIMA) will be holding MAT February 2021 exam tomorrow, on February 20, 2021. The exam will be held as a computer-based test. AIMA MAT is a 2.5 hours exam, in which candidates have to solve 40 questions each from language comprehension, mathematical skills, data analysis and sufficiency, intelligence and critical reasoning, Indian and global environment.

The score of MAT exam is accepted by over 600 B-Schools across India, and some abroad, for admission in MBA and allied programmes.

For the exam day there are some important guidelines that the candidates need to follow and these are as follows:

#1.It is very important to carry the admit card of MAT on the exam day. The admit card is available for MAT Feb 2021 exam. The candidates must download it from mat.aima.in. To download the admit card, candidates have to select the mode of the exam opted and enter the registration number and date of birth. Admit Card contains Candidate’s Name, Form No, Roll No, Test Date, Test Time, and Test Venue Address. Candidates have to strictly follow the date and time allotted to him/her in the admit card.

#2. Apart from the admit card, candidates also need to carry a valid id proof, and blue / black ballpoint pen. MAT 2021 admit card is verified and signed by the invigilator at the time of the examination. Also, note that the upper half of the admit card is collected by the invigilator and the lower half is handed over to the candidates.

#3. The banned items in the exam center include calculators, mobile phones, and any other electronic gadgets. Do not carry any suspicious item at the exam center that can come under unfair means of conduct.

#4. The candidates are required to report to the exam center 90 minutes before the commencement of the exam. The entry inside the exam center is allowed 30 minutes before starting the test. So, manage the time accordingly. The test room will be opened 60 minutes before the test. The candidates are required to be seated at the allotted place only.

#5. Since the exam is being held amidst the probable threat of COVID-19 infection, the candidates must carry their own masks and hand sanitisers at the exam hall. Additionally, follow all the instructions and SOPs at the MAT exam centre.

As for the last-minute tips, candidates are advised to visit the exam center before the exam day. This will give the candidates a fair idea about the route to take, the time required to travel, etc. Also, the aspirants must focus on the revision of the important topics now. Practice mock tests to get a grasp over speed and warm up your mind. Lastly, candidates must get enough rest and sleep so that they don’t feel exhausted at the time of exam.

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is held by AIMA to offer admission in MBA and Allied programmes. The test is held 4 times a year. The test is held in 3 modes, Remote-Proctored Test (IBT), Computer-Based Test (CBT), Paper-Based Test (PBT). The PBT is scheduled to be held on March 06, 2021. IBT will be held on March 8, 9, 10, 11, and 13, 2021.
